  I ordered the Filet O Fish combo from McDonald's and was extremely disappointed. The bun looked like it had mold or even rat droppings on it, which was completely unacceptable and honestly unsettling. The fries were overly salted to the point they were barely edible. I have a love hate relationship with McDonald's, but this experience really took me for a loop. Unfortunately, this is not my first issue at this location. I have received lukewarm food, overly salted fries, and consistently poor service. I did not even have the energy to drive back to the store. I just threw the food away, which says a lot. I will not be returning to this McDonald's again.

  Tell me what kind of sense does it make for me to pay 6.19 for a fish fillet sandwich and not want the fish on.it..... I just made a mistake at that kiosk

  Isaiah was very nice unfortunately his manager Justin is just rude and poor priorities, sat waiting to order because the kiosks wouldn’t scan my code, Isaiah was kind enough to try to help me even though he was on his break and notified the manager who wouldn’t pay attention to me and instead of the manager thanking him for helping me get some attention he scolded him and told him to stay on his break and that he’d be with me after he was finished filling a order. I watched as he finished two orders but instead of helping me he continued to ignore me and talk to everyone else so I left without getting to order. The only reason it’s not zero stars is because Isaiah showing me not all service sucks here just the managers, to bad he was on break could use more employees like Isaiah and less like the manager Justin. Who was clearly ignoring me at the end for thanking Isaiah while I was in the store.

  At 546 PM on 18 April 2026 I bought the HUNTR/X Meal using my app. The only reason my daughter wanted this was because she wanted the collectible card. When I got home I found it was not in the box. I called and spoke to a manager named Justin who told me I could only get a replacement if I came back and got it tonight. I proceeded to tell him I do not live near by and could not just get out to come back to get it tonight. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked him for contact information for the general manager and he hung up. I tried to call back and no answer, very unprofessional. Again I spent over 11 dollars for something that my daughter only wanted for the collectible card. I should not have to waste my time and gas because the restaurant screwed up.
