  I went to the store yesterday around 5:45PM. The store was busier than normal. I was purchasing 4 items and went to the express lane. There was a gentleman checking out, a woman in front of me, and two men behind me. Then a store employee, SAMONE, yelled out guys there are other lanes open then starts to say the lanes. Lane 2, Lane 4, Lane 5 are all open so I don't know why all of y'all are in this lane. Mind you the woman in front of me had two items. All the other lanes are full with people with a cart full of groceries. I love this Food Lion but I don't want to be yelled at because Samone (who isn't even on any register) feels inconvenienced from people with 12 items or less being in the only 12 items or less lane. I will change my one star review once someone talks to Samone about her unprofessionalism.

  They say their Deli is open till 8:00 but they close at 4:00

  Easy to get around and find everything and the store is clean and has decent prices. But the team is not friendly. Walked past 4 teammates and not only did non of them speak to me but looked annoyed when 8 said good afternoon. Top it off the cashier set my change on the counter rather than back in my hand, which is a huge pet peeve of mine.
