Once we arrived at the window she hid away and started talking and joking with her two male coworker. The food came out first but our 2 drinks took about 20 min to get! The last drink they gave me was not what I ordered so I mention it so that I could get the right one. One of the teenage boys said that they dont have the original drink available anymore, 5 minutes later the drink that they "didnt" have apear by the other teenage boy. Obviously he was lying so that he didnt have to make another drink. I have never had a horrible experience in any dunkins like I did that day. I love dunkin but I will never go back to this one. If you want a better experience just drive 10 minute more to the other dunkin and you will get 10/10 customer service and receive the drink you ordered in a timely manner.

After leaving church today, my wife and I were headed toward Western Virginia when we decided to turn around and stop at the Dunkin’ near Waters Edge Church in Yorktown, Virginia, off Route 17. When we arrived, I explained to Cornetta that I hadn’t been able to enjoy a coffee like this since having my heart attack. I told her I wanted something very specific—something that wasn’t on the menu, but that I knew would satisfy me. Without hesitation, Cornetta went to work creating exactly what I was hoping for. Not only did she get it right, but in my opinion, it tasted better than anything actually listed on the menu! What impressed me most, though, wasn’t just the coffee. It was Cornetta herself. She was diligent, engaged, patient, and genuinely kind, all while keeping a smile on her face. She took the time to listen, understand what I wanted, and make the experience personal. Cornetta is truly a wonderful representation of what Dunkin’ can be—the kindness, care, and human connection behind something as simple as a cup of coffee. People like Cornetta make all the difference. We are genuinely thankful for her, and now we know exactly where we’ll be stopping after church each week—and exactly who we want to see when we walk through the door. Thank you, Cornetta, for making our day and for making a difference. You’re a wonderful asset to Dunkin’, and we appreciate you more than you know! ☕❤️
