  Didn't acknowledge my existence left me standing in line then when I spoke out on how I didnt get to order service attendant told my mother that standing up for herself was setting a bad example for her grandkids it's one thing to have poor service it's another to make comments on my family 0 stars

  My friends and I get together at this location for a weekend breakfast. Each of us order our favorite iced coffee. Then we each get a different item: coffee roll, munchkins donut holes and avocado toast or bagel with cream cheese. Then we sit down and share our items, as we enjoy our coffees and laughter. Great gathering place! (We go out of our cities to meet here.) Very clean facility! (Love the cool phone chargers on the high table.) Mostly friendly service. Managers make every attempt to please their customers. (Have been given added frosting to a chocolate donut that was barely iced, and a free donut when a server needed help with my gift card.) Sometimes kind customers can help get better service. Just saying.

  If I wasn’t about to faint from low blood sugar I would have kept going. I probably would have been better fainting. I order one bagel with butter and one with cream cheese for someone else. They put the entire stick of butter and entire block of cream cheese on the bread. Forget blood sugar I was about to die of a heart attack. Look at the butter seeping through the bag. And my drink was atrocious basically all milk. I had no receipt so I can call or do something. I feel like I was being punk’s. I will NEVER stop here again.

  In line to order and the kid in front of us throws up all over the floor. Kid's grandma tried to clean it with napkins but there were apparently only 4 napkins left in the whole restaurant. Told the cashier we needed a mop because someone had been sick and she looked at me like she didn't know what that word meant. Stood there another 5 minutes, the only ones in line and they were too busy with the drive through to even acknowledge us. After loading all my kids up and driving back by the window we could still see the untouched pile of sick on the floor.

  We love going to this Dunkin'!! Everything is so bright and clean and all the food and drinks are well prepared. The team is very friendly and I'm impressed by how well they handle the morning rush.
