- HDhans deleon4 days ago2.0So I want to start off by saying, I was hungry and thirsty and as someone who is hungry and thirsty, even mediocre food tastes good. So I pull up to Bojangles deciding to give this establishment a try. I take the drive through and am greeted to an ai robot who asks me ever 15 seconds what I’m going to order, then repeats my conversation with my wife. We decided to go inside where we got greeted by a nice lady. We ordered 2 drumsticks, a small breakfast bowl, tater tots, a chicken sandwich, fries and two large drinks. For a grand eye watering total of 40 freaking dollars. My chicken sandwich is worse than the middle school cafeteria chicken sandwich. The breakfast bowl looked like jail food slop and was too salty. The tater tots were soggy. And the fries were banging, I’m not gonna lie, they slapped. There’s also cheerwine if you like that soda. The place looked rundown, outside and inside. So besides the soda, fries, and service. I wouldn’t even let my cat eat it. 1.5/10 for service and fries. Do not recommend. BIG WASTE OF MONEY.

So i proceeded to go back and get my biscuit replaced and I was blasted with amazing customer service by this young man named tayvion. He then apologized and made my biscuit correctly instantly. I proceeded to apologize for my attitude and he was kind enough to listen that I was already having a bad day. Best manager customer service in a while.

We went to this location at 8:00pm and asked for bacon, egg, cheese biscuit and they told us that the griddle was already closed. This has happened more times than not. I don’t understand why they start shutting things down 2 hours before they actually close. I understand the need to start prepping to close but on multiple occasions to turn off their griddle at 8pm when Bojangles advertises biscuits served all day.
