  Went in for an afternoon meal! Very poor service and not even close to enjoyable. Fries were cold and not completely full. With them being stale that wasn’t too bad. Never again will we be eating there! The cashier was there not doing anything but playing on her phone. The condiment area needed some attention.

  Didn’t give us any napkins with our to go order. Gave us the mozzarella sticks but didn’t put any of the marinara sauce in bag that comes with the mozzarella sticks. Asked for Arby’s sauce but was given buffalo sauce instead. The tea was horrible. Bitter tasting and didn’t taste like tea at all, tasted like bitter old water or something. First time here in awhile and don’t think I’ll be back. Too expensive for the poor quality of food.

  Arby’s usually has decent fast food but the Philly Cheese steak was probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever eaten . It was touted on the menu as great . Not! To add insult to injury I ordered double meat . Manager needs to remove that one off the menu .

  They need to make sure that they fill the order. Got out sandwich. Paid for curly fries. Never got them. Didn't realize it, till we back at the hotel.
