  I ordered online 4 luxe box meals and 3 of the 5 layer burritos were left out. I tried to call multiple times and no answer and to top it off i emailed company directly with my issue and they didnt respond either. If you eat here to go then dont be in a hurry bc they will leave out majority of your food.

  Better get some proper management in there fast. First experience was not good to say the least. They've only been open for a week and the place was already filthy. (Dining area and back of the house). Multiple Customer walkouts in front of us. Employees arguing/cursing in the back. No cashier (HATE kiosks!). Ordered a single soft taco just to see how long it would take .. ended up being over 20 mins. Saw multiple drive-thru customers come inside because they were missing items - same with dine-in customers. Overheard that they were out of certain sodas. The kitchen prep floors were COVERED with mounds of trash (all visible to the public). The list continues. It was truly a chaotic soap opera in there that seemed to stem from non-existing management.. pretty amusing from my spectator's point of view. It wasn't even busy when we visited so I would hate to see it during a rush. It's new so hope they can plug the holes in their ship. On a petty note, the building/color-scheme is bland and soul-less. The interior lighting didn't do any favors. I wish all fast food places would revert from the current prison aesthetic trend. Regardless, it's always good to see new business in Wytheville (especially in that side of town), so I truly do hope they will get it together. Will revisit in a month or so and edit my review accordingly.

  Best move taco bell could make if this gets them away from KFC. Food was good for a change. Biggest change I noticed was that it was hot. Got thru drive thru fast. I will definately go back. Fast, Friendly and good food. Outstanding!

  Literally waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru AND ordered ahead on the app. Only a few cars in front of us so each car took at least 5+ minutes. Manager was not helpful and dismissive, literally said “I don’t know what to tell ya”. Absolutely ridiculous for fast food. Would not recommend going here.

  Food was on point! Had to wait a little longer since they just opened but, it was totally worth it! The food was hot, and well assembled. Y'all were awesome!
