  Wytheville,VA Main Street I ordered online and picked my food up. The food didn’t taste bad however the cheese burger and fries were both COLD and the chocolate mini milkshake was lukewarm. I put it in the refrigerator at my hotel hoping it might at least get a chill even though there is no freezer. That remains to be seen. After 4.5 hours of driving I was tired & hungry and disappointed that food wasn’t even warm. Oh well I will take Sonic off my list!

  The food was pretty cold in center. The service was fantastic though. The bathroom was very dirty though. Overall probaly wouldnt come back.

  Sandwiches were good but fries were absolutely disgusting. Why would a company serve a customer this junk? We were traveling so I didn’t turn around and unfortunately just threw away the “fries”. They were just crumbs from the bottom of the bag, cold and just disgusting. Customers would always rather wait a few more minutes for fresh food. Don’t treat customers this way. Do better.

  I ordered a large and a small milkshake. They brought a large shake and a small slushie. When I explained it was wrong, they tried to tell me it was my fault. Not only did they not satisfy the order, they kept the slushie. This was after a 30in wait for the order. To top it the manager came out and was very unprofessional. Terrible experience.
