  What an awful experience. HORRIBLE customer service. We came into the the dinning room on the morning of 10/10/26. We were ignored. It was very clear that the drive thur was top priority. We order. Waited 20mins for food. Was only given 2 out of 4 sandwiches and 1 out 4 hash browns. When we asked for the rest of the food they said they would get it for us. We then waited another 10mins. They said he is just busy with other orders. It was apparent he has no intention of fixing it. Finally we just asked for a refund at which point they told us that "this is how management wants it run". There was no manager on shift at the time. Other customers in the dinning room were also experiencing similar things. How terrible that actual people in your restaurant dont mean anything.

  Couldn't get orders out. Not organized. We waited for 20 minutes on my hot coffee which they let set for too long and got cold. Made other orders in front of ours and left us waiting. Not impressed. I feel the 20% tip we gave is un warrented.

  I wish I could leave a review for the quality of food at this place but they NEVER have just simple glazed donuts! Someone needs to be educated on how to keep the proper inventory to match the demand
