  Tried one of the new drinks. Not fully my cup of tea, but the donut I got was good and people there were very nice. Very clean.

  We often stop at this Dunkin, which has great food. However, the service needs a little help. We order from the mobile app. They have a station to pick up orders with a sign that says ‘order ready’ or ‘in progress’. Unfortunately, the staff marks orders as "ready" when they are actually incomplete. Last time we arrived to find our coffee waiting, but our food was nowhere to be seen. So we thought they may have forgotten or overlooked it. When we politely asked about the missing items, the employee was defensive and bit our heads off. Their notification/pickup system is useless if the staff leaves out items and gets angry when asked about it.

  I am from town so I am VERY aware that this is a brand new location - that being said ... The food and drinks were delicious even though we had to wait a minute for a prepped breakfast sandwich. We had time to chat and eat a donut while seated in the clean, spacious dining area. The employees (mostly teens from the area at their 1st official job) scurried around looking wide-eyed & overwhelmed. Which, after seeing the drive-thru line @ 7a.m. and reading some of the reviews posted, is not surprising. I honestly believe that with a little time, practice, and patience (and a few more employees) this Dunkin will be a well-oiled, delicious treat for anyone. [I just hope that it is before the soul-crushing experience of hungry, adults lacking in patience/empathy scare these youths away from ever wanting to work with the public again].

  Prepare for a long wait. Ijust wanted to get a single donut and I saw that they'll drive through line was quite long so I decided just to go in the store. The line inside was not that long but everyone (staff and customer) seemed to be very confused. They have a whole team dedicated to the drive-thru which I understand but almost no one dedicated to the indoor crowd. Three people ahead of me in line and I was able to download the app and order prior to the people in front of me getting their order in. Then I waited over 30 minutes for my order. I ended up leaving without the donut. Every time I tried to get somebody's attention staff was intentionally avoiding eye contact. It seems like they're used to having customers complain a lot! I was not going to cut the line to go to the cashier but cashier wasn't even taking orders. Everyone just seemed to be running around not knowing what to do. I will not be returning. According to the app if I want to get a refund I have to go to the store to get the refund so that's just money lost.
