  Drive-thru was slow and our order was wrong, even when I asked and the man assured me it was not. Don’t stop in a hurry and triple-check everything!

  Had zero cups for ice coffees then was out of the donuts I wanted. Feel bad for the crew since apparently the management doesn't know how to order for the store so i can imagine how some customers were .if they based it on other shops then they need to rethink that since it is close to one of the busiest interstates on the east coast. So to say I ended up going to Starbucks right down the road and haven't been to one since they removed every cold drink I drink from their menu.so if I was drinking hot it would be there as I only order cold coffee drinks from dunkin.

  DO NOT GO HERE! This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The first time I went I ordered one coffee and one bagel and it took them over 20 minutes to make it. I ordered the coffee light & sweet and they handed me the most brown and tasteless coffee I’ve ever had. When I told them I wanted it light they said “well we don’t know what that means you have to specifically say it”. Second time I went I was in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and left because I wasn’t even able to reach the spot to order something. The third time I asked for one bagel with cream cheese and one donut, and they literally forgot the cream cheese. It’s two items and they messed one of them up. The manager in the blue shirt seems absolutely oblivious to the lines of people they get and does not assist their employees at all just takes orders and bosses people around. The employees are absolutely useless every time you ask for something they look confused and scared. They have at least 4 employees and one manager and it takes 20 minutes just to get a bagel? This place is an absolute joke and everyone there should be replaced with actual competent people.
