  I ordered the gyro. The photo on the menu looked great. When I got my order it was very small. I opened it and there was almost no meat in it. I asked the clerk if this was the size of the gyro. He said it was. I definitely will not order it again. It was not what was shown on the menu. Arby’s slogan is “we’ve got the meat”. Yes they still have it. They did not put it on the sandwich. I will not eat there again.

  The Arby's at the Wytheville Pilot was terrible. The apethetic young man who took my order yawned twice. I hadn't had a Beef & Cheddar in ages so I ordered one; it tasted nothing like I remembered. In fact, it tasted so bad that I couldn't eat the small sandwich. I took it apart and and saw part of it was very undercooked. 100% do not recommend.

  No issue with the food. We ate in and listened to F-bombs from crew behind the counter having a discussion amongst themselves. Loud and clear all the way to the front door. Disappointed! Update: My wife and I returned for another visit a week later. We had a very good experience this time. I commend Andre for his pleasant demeanor and helpfulness helping my elderly father navigate the menu.

  This is the best Arbys to get a cherry turnover at, omg they make it perfectly. I always get a cherry turnover here.
