  When I walked in there was only only person sitting in the dining area. Not a customer, but a random trucker on his headset talking with his shoes kicked off, relaxing like it's his livingroom. Floors is dirty as hell & bits of trash everywhere. When I was given my change I was short $.04. When I asked why, I was told that they are no longer carrying pennies. I asked for a nickel back then. Just because this company has decided to stop carrying pennies without adjusting their prices to be available to give proper change, it's not coming from my pocket. (This is petty, but I stand my ground) This employee became sarcastic & dismissal, but in the end gave me my nickel with an eye roll. I told him it's not on time but on the company. I asked his name, but he turned & walked away. His name tag was covered by the collar on his shirt. Now his picture is posted on here. Food was really good & always is. However, I will not be coming back to this location. There's a Burger King across the street.

  I ordered the gyro. The photo on the menu looked great. When I got my order it was very small. I opened it and there was almost no meat in it. I asked the clerk if this was the size of the gyro. He said it was. I definitely will not order it again. It was not what was shown on the menu. Arby’s slogan is “we’ve got the meat”. Yes they still have it. They did not put it on the sandwich. I will not eat there again.

  The Arby's at the Wytheville Pilot was terrible. The apethetic young man who took my order yawned twice. I hadn't had a Beef & Cheddar in ages so I ordered one; it tasted nothing like I remembered. In fact, it tasted so bad that I couldn't eat the small sandwich. I took it apart and and saw part of it was very undercooked. 100% do not recommend.
