The food was mediocre at best. Not the hottest. The O.J was water, just not good.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. I had an issue with my order and needed to speak with a manager. I approached the situation politely and respectfully, simply wanting to have my concern addressed. Unfortunately, the person presented to me as the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional in her demeanor. What made the situation even more confusing was that when I originally placed my order, an item had to be removed from the order and a manager was called. However, when I later asked to speak with the manager regarding my concern, a completely different person was brought out and identified as the manager. Regardless of who was actually the manager, I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially when they are calmly and respectfully addressing a legitimate concern. I was not disrespectful or confrontational, and I expected the same level of respect in return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how customer concerns are handled. A simple issue should never turn into an unpleasant experience because of a manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism.

This McDonald's is the halfway point for me and a family member to exchange my child for summer vacation. So, usually when we make it here, it's early morning. We use the bathroom, grab a little breakfast for the baby, and we part ways. Today, we were running a little behind, so it was lunchtime. And we decided, well, the baby decided he would get lunch. He noticed that they were offering the soccer, as he calls it, cups. So I asked the young lady at the register, "What do we have to do to get a cup?" She said we would need to purchase a meal. So I purchased a fish sandwich meal for my child and asked if I could purchase a Happy Meal toy and if she could place the fish sandwich meal inside of the Happy Meal box. She informed me that I would not be able to get one of the cups due to the fact that you needed to order a Big Mac or a chicken nugget meal. So, I informed her that we don't eat meat. She apologized, and I asked to speak to the manager. Once the manager approached, I did tell her that I understand that certain promotions run for certain meals, but I just wanted to voice my opinion because I felt that this was some kind of discrimination. You have people with different dietary restrictions, and also people, due to religious reasons, are not able to sit and eat McDonald's, but it is unfair that they're not able to go in and purchase a cup due to their dietary or religious reasons. I did again apologize to the manager because I knew it had nothing to do with her, but just wanted to voice my opinion because I was just frustrated because I literally just had the same conversation 20 minutes prior at another restaurant. I will say the manager was very accommodating. She did indeed allow us to purchase the fish meal and put it in a Happy Meal box for my baby, and to our surprise, she did throw one of the cups inside for him. I did go back to the register and let her know I was not voicing my opinion looking for anything for free and that I was more than willing to purchase the cup if I had to, and she told me, "Absolutely not." She said, "I thank you for bringing it to my attention. I never thought about it in that way."
