  I've given this location multiple chances, but this is the second time I've ordered one thing and received something completely different. I definitely should have checked the bag before leaving. To make matters worse, the chicken I did get was old, soggy, and tasted like it was cooked in bad oil—it actually made me nauseous for a few hours. The staff seems to have zero regard for food quality or customer service, and they clearly aren't listening when taking orders. Extremely disappointed.

  I really like this Wingstop and always go there for lunch everything is fresh but today I saw one of the employees with his pants under his butt working in the kitchen ( showing all his underwear ) .. just for fashion. Please wings stop fix this situation because I don’t think I am the only one that was shocked by this behavior. It’s very disrespectful for your customers.

  Terrible customer service. I ordered wingstop through the app, like normal. My order never arrived, via DoorDash,I checked the picture annd it was delivered to the wrong address. (I had the correct address on the order) unfortunately the order was stolen. I contacted wingstop through the app and they directed me to call door dash. I spoke to door dash representative and they informed me because I ordered it through the wingstop app they can’t get my order refunded or re-delivered. (Because the money was paid to wingstop) Cool, so I contacted wingstop back with DoorDash on the line and my calls were ignored. (Weird), I called from a different number and they answered and as I begin to explain that I placed an online order that was stolen and I contacted DoorDash support and had them on the line, the wingstop staff began to over talk me and say that it’s out of their hands and door dash has to refund me. I asked for a manager and was told they will tell you the same thing very rudely and was placed on hold and then hung up on. (Never spoke to a manager) Then the door dash rep tried to call to speak to wingstop just to confirm the order was in fact stolen and explain she can’t refund the order because the money was paid to wingstop and they hung up on her as-well. So now my child can’t have the wingstop she requested and I’m out the money I paid for our meals. Best bet is to order through the DoorDash app !! But I will not support this wing stop again the staff there was very rude and accommodating

  Check your order before you leave. I ordered bone in wings and they gave me half boneless. Still tasty but not what i wanted

  We come every Tuesday and always have a good experience. Our food is fast and hot and the service is great. I want to give a special shout out to the queen with the pretty light blue hair. She was so nice and sweet to my son who came and got our food since I am temporarily disabled right now due to an injury . Sometimes people aren’t nice to kids but she was very kind to my kid and I appreciate that. Keep hiring nice people like this WS.
