  I think this place is under new management because I never had these issues before. The food is actually good, so this review isn’t about the food at all. My issue is that every time I order through DoorDash, something is missing. I’ve had orders where they forgot the sauce for my nuggets, forgot the fries or tater tots, drinks, and half the time they don’t even put a straw in the bag for the drink. Luckily, the burger is usually there, but it’s always the little things they forget. What’s frustrating is that when I bring it up, management just says, “I’m sorry about that,” and that’s it. No changes, no effort to fix the problem, and then it keeps happening again. The food is good, but the constant missing items and lack of attention to detail are getting old. Bring back old management or whoever was there before!

  Me and my friends were served spoiled milkshakes, not once, but TWICE, when we had them remade. When I'd brought the shakes back and said they were spoiled, I heard one of the employees (the one who ended up doing the refund) ask if the milk was bad. The employee who made the milkshakes said yes it was. The first time the Chocolate Brownie had no brownie in it, and all of the milkshakes were watery. Both times the shakes were served without the correct toppings; chocolate brownie without the brownie and Dubai without the chocolate chips. The second time, they mixed all of the shakes up, putting chocolate chips on the Oreo milkshake, and a chocolate swirl in the Dubai, and STILL no brownie on the Chocolate Brownie. They also mixed them up when they told us what they were. We also got chicken nuggets, and the first time they were completely burnt. When we had them remade, they were also burnt, and we were told, "They're supposed to look like that." Their nuggets tasted like dirty, old oil, and PICKLES. Straight up pickled chicken. Absolutely disgusting. The ranch that we got on the side was also spoiled. When we ended up just getting a refund, the two younger employee's went back and forth about which of them is in charge. All three of the employees were completely incompetent and had zero customer service. The third one was a larger man, who was basically doing nothing, not much of a part of it. Siddiq, according to the receipt, was the employee who told us that the chicken is supposed to be burnt (which is CRAZY), and the one who asked if the milk was spoiled. The WORST employee though was the tall one with curly hair, he was so bad at his job, he couldn't an order properly, or make a milkshake. That employee was the one who admitted the milk was spoiled. There's a girl who works there though who's super sweet and makes great milkshakes, she should get a raise because at least she's good at her job. The honey mustard was good too. The milkshakes ended up giving the three of us very bad stomach aches, even though we barely drank any of the shakes.

  I had the bourbon burger. Good grief that was good! Made to order. Fresh and tasty. Also the banana milk shake was on point! Also the cook stopped at our table to ask how our experience was. You can't beat that kind of service. Definitely coming back. 😀 i also have no pictures since we ate everything 😀

  $21 for a small burger, milkshake, no fries, and a light tummy ache. Will stick to my Burger Fi or Five guys going forward.
