  Waoooo vengo sorprendida compre 4 pie y 2 cafes y la señora me daba solo tres me hacerque y le dije a la señora q eran 4 y vino la gerente que esta ahi por la manana un dia lunes y me grita donde esta tu recibo y me arevato la bolsa y me dice solo pagaste tres y yo le mostre el recibo y al final ni me los dio pero al final de todo esto le dije a la señora q mejor me regrese el dinero porque con esa gerente tan grosera y agresiva con la clientela no deveria estar pasando en macdonal jamas volvere a comprar en este local deverian de tener personas amables no agresivas y inrespetuosas como gerente

  The general manger at this store older lady is the most unprofessional and rudest person at this store. When speaking with someone and asking them something you just keep walking away. Learn professionalism and how to be a good person. Your the general manger and have horrible ways to your customers. thumbs down.

  I have been to this location many times. Every single time I go to this location I always have problems either it being bad service or the food just tasting nasty. The employees always seem like they do not care about their jobs and it takes them a minute sometimes to take care of what they need to. Every single time I order dipping sauce for my nuggets or fries, it is NEVER in the bag. Also, the fries are never fresh and over salted and soggy. Every time I make an order, it should be correct. Corporate needs to check this establishment out.

  Very bad. Food is cold. I wanted less ice and they messed up my drink. Whoever gave me the food was rude. I bought a meal for chicken nuggets fries and drink and the large fries only had half the fries

  Decide to stop by for ice coffee i ask while ordering for extra liquid sugar as I'm aware it normally cost.. i tasted the coffee was extremely nasty. Asked the lady working did she add she said(attidude from her of course) no; I told her I stated at window but they are to busy rushing you while taking your order as your in the drive thru, not to mention I had to ask her the price for my whole order she took, they want your money ready but never tell you the price of order. Mainly Spanish employees which is fine; but they need to be trained properly when it comes to dealing with people; and trained properly especially when its a big known company. Not to mention my recipt says packet not extra liquid sugar; I normally dispute this cuz this is not what i bought if u charge for liquid sugar it needs to state that cuz thats not the product of what was purchased. First thing in the morning like 6am ; mcdonald nobody wants a bad experience with bad customer service;
