  I was disappointed to see employees preparing food without hair nets. Cleanliness and food safety should always be a top priority, especially in a restaurant where sandwiches are made fresh right in front of customers. Cross-contamination is a serious issue in any kitchen. Simple food safety practices—such as proper handwashing, changing gloves when needed, keeping prep surfaces clean, and following hygiene standards—help protect customers and maintain confidence in the food being served. Wearing appropriate hair restraints is another important part of presenting a clean and professional food preparation environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces food safety standards with the staff. A little extra attention to hygiene goes a long way toward ensuring customers have a safe and positive dining experience.

  This is an unusual review but speaks volumes to the philosophy of this business and the good staff they have working there. I was going supermarket shopping when I saw a young man discheveled and homeless and obviously hungry looking in an outside garbage can for food. I went into Jimmy Johns and told them to make me a sandwich I would pay for, for the man outside who looked to be in his 20's ... They looked at him and said no worries we will make him a sandwich and bring him water and they wanted nothing from me out of the goodness of an extremely compassionate staff and well trained from excellent management im sure 😊. My husband stayed a bit to give the man the food at an outside table and the staff added a bag of chips. Again, thank you Jimmy Johns for being such a wonderful neighbor!
