I took my elderly father to this specific Haagan Daz, and someone named Maria was so patient with him. He speaks primarily Spanish , and was very indecisive. There was a small line behind us but she took care of every question he had (very grateful that she spoke Spanish).Others were attended to quickly as she was directing staff while we held up the line. The portions were more than generous. Regardless, I recommend stopping here for a scoop of ice cream or sorbet while outlet shopping at Potomac Mills. Again, huge shoutout to the worker there!

Maria Pujol is absolutely amazing! She provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She took the time to help me pick out the perfect ice cream choice and made the entire experience enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and wants everyone to leave happy. Maria is a great representation of Häagen-Dazs, and her outstanding service definitely deserves recognition. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
