I rarely order from Dominos, and I keep my expectations very low. Usually the food is decent, and an acceptable last minute option. But my veggie pizza last night tasted as if it had been in a dorm room fridge for two days, microwaved, and sent over to my house. But only after someone had picked off their favorite bits. The crust was falling apart, the mushrooms were rubbery, and the fake mozzerella cheese was almost nonexistent. It wasn't sliced, only indented. Needed to rip it apart to eat it. Threw away more than half.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Domino’s location.
I placed an online order for three pizzas for my family, as we usually order pizza on Saturdays. During checkout, I selected CASH as my payment method and specifically wrote in the delivery instructions that I would be paying with a $100 bill and that the driver would need to bring change.
The estimated delivery time was approximately 35–40 minutes. I waited 40 minutes, then an hour, and eventually more than an hour. After all that time, I suddenly received a notification saying that my order had been CANCELLED. No one called me beforehand to explain the situation or give me the opportunity to arrange another form of payment.
I placed the order again, and only THEN did the manager, Justin, contact me and explain that the first order had been cancelled because the driver did not have change for a $100 bill.
My question is: Why did it take more than an hour to tell me that? My note about the $100 bill was included from the very beginning. A simple phone call could have solved the problem immediately.
I told Justin that I would find a way to get change and asked her to please send the order. Somehow, the order arrived extremely quickly after that — and the pizzas appeared to be the SAME pizzas from my original cancelled order. They were cold, hard, and tasted like they had been sitting there for a long time. After waiting all that time, receiving old, cold pizza was completely unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was Justin’s attitude. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced poor customer service from her. She comes across as rude, dismissive, and consistently seems irritated when speaking with customers. Customer service requires basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism, especially when the store itself has made a mistake.
I understand that a driver may not always have enough change for a $100 bill. That is not the main issue. The issue is the complete lack of communication, making a customer wait over an hour before cancelling the order, and then apparently sending out pizza that had been sitting there from the original order.
Very disappointing experience, especially from management. Domino’s needs to seriously improve the customer service and communication at this location.

There is an older male delivery driver there he wears glasses. He participates in reckless driving. This employee does not watch out for pedestrians crossing the street and almost ran me over in the parking lot of this location on July 10th around 2:00pm. I was so in shock at the behavior I went inside to alert the female manager on staff that day about his driving, and all she had to say was ok. No apology from either one and she could obviously care less. My issue was only with the reckless driving of the employee, but since this is also how management handles dangerous driving I am going to have to report the entire location. There are unsafe delivery drivers at this location that are upset snd take out their frustrations with their driving. Please be careful in the parking lot of this location, with delivery drivers especially crossing with your children. Will be reporting both the driver and manager on staff that day.

I ordered the spnich and feta cheese the put the cheese on teeny bread like peace of cardboard.
And there is one old woman i don't know her name but she is so rude
Carry-out is really the only way this store is going to get your order right. The delivery people don't deliver the pizzas on time and food is even left in front of doors because the delivery people can't follow directions
