- LLLunaAug 5, 20261.0Don’t buy chipotle from this location! We placed an online order, all identical. They placed the food in a paper bag 4 trays and the bag broke in the delivery drivers car. Then while we are eating food contained pieces of chicken inside the trays! This is a serious health risk especially for people who have meat allergies such as my guest and I! I couldn’t get in touch with the store but I hosted vegetarian guest and this was the worst experience with food at a fast food restaurant. They also did not include the chips my guest ordered or the guac on the side!

Did I just not go through the line and order my food? We are all paying customers! And to the manager who said that next time she won’t swap me a bottle soda after I paid for a large fountain drink, I wouldn’t have asked for a bottle soda if you all would have maintained the fountain machine.

I was polite and simply explained that my order was missing an item, but instead of trying to make it right, the cashier/host Liliana was rude and dismissive. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but customer service is what makes the difference. A kind attitude would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the way I was treated made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for asking to receive something I had already paid for. I hope management addresses both order accuracy and customer service so future customers have a better experience.

The man preparing my meals was getting food everywhere and basically throwing the food together, the cashier literally came from eating in the back and picking her teeth at the register, all along the food was all in disarray. I was better off spending $30 at CAVA. Never again!!
