  I love chipotle as a company but every time I come to this location they only give Spanish customers extra everything in their bowl and skimp everyone else that is not Spanish on food. And if you ask for a little more due to them giving you so little they charge you. This location is low key discriminating right in our faces.

  Won’t be coming back to this location. The food is fine but the workers need to do better. No gloves or hairnets were being used, particularly those handling food. Management needs to step in and address these health and sanitation issues.

  This is the third time my guacamole comes black, seems like the avocados are not good and they still doing guacamole with them.

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The service here is extremely poor. Some of the staff at the front are rude, dismissive, and clearly lack basic customer service skills. Instead of helping customers, they create an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. What made my experience worse is how management handled the situation. The manager witnessed the behavior and chose not to address it. Instead, he ignored the issue and even laughed, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I also left this experience feeling that I was treated differently, and possibly unfairly, based on who I am. Whether intentional or not, the way I was spoken to and treated raised serious concerns about bias and discrimination. Both managers appear disengaged and unconcerned about how customers are treated. That kind of leadership sets the tone for poor service and lack of accountability. Customers deserve respect and professionalism.
