  El servicio malisimo le pedí un chicken Pilly y me lo pusieron steak cuando les dije a las 2 mujeres que estaban preparándolo solo se hicieron mala cara y siguieron haciendo me lo dieron y les dije yo les pedí steak. Y me dijeron que no lo hiban a cambiar y todas de mala cara después pues mejor les pedí el dinero para atrás y les toco botar 4 panes todo por su mala educación. Mal mal personas de atención y siempre es asi salen con mala cara si no quieren trabajar mejor que se queden en su casa.

  Absolutely awful. Veggies completely unseasoned (like not even a lick of salt) and soggy to the point that they drain through to the bun and make it difficult to hold, and create a watery-mayonnaisey puddle in my food box; it made me wanna throw up having to put something with the consistency of baby vomit in my mouth to be honest. I’ve had Charley’s at other places before (Springfield mall) so I have a reference point for what good charley’s tastes like and this really ain’t it.

  I was next in line at 7:44pm and they told me they weee closed even though they saw me in line According to the hours they closed at 8pm Other places take order until the time the close not 16 minutes before closing Bad they need to fix schedule

  Go elsewhere. Used to be a good spot for ank ok steak, last time i went i ordered a sandwich with cheese wiz and got handed a sandwich absolutely drowned in cheese wiz to the point there was more cheese wiz then the rest of the sandwich. This used to be one of a short list of places on the east side of the county to sell cheese steaks thankfully its not anymore

  My wife and I had the cheese steaks and the cheese fries with bacon. My wife had the normal cheese steak and I had the cheese steak with the peperoni. Both sandwiches were very good. The sandwiches are deserving of 5 stars. The cheese fries with bacon were disappointing. Neither one of use liked the cheese that was used. I will most definitely go back for the sandwiches but will not get the cheese fries again.
