  CAVA is always a solid choice. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Everything we’ve tried has been good, and it’s one of those places you can count on for a fresh, satisfying meal. The only issue we had this visit was with our order. We ordered one bag of pita chips, but were given two different varieties and ended up being charged for both. We didn’t notice until after we had already left. It wasn’t a huge issue, just something to double-check before leaving. Overall, though, we’d definitely return for the fresh food and consistent quality.

  I’m writing this review a couple days later because I visited this CAVA on Monday, July 20. I came in with a family member, and there was a line almost out the door. What surprised us most was that there were only two young women working the entire line during such a busy lunch rush. Of course the line moved a little slower, but we didn’t mind waiting. We honestly just felt bad for them and couldn’t help but wonder why they had no extra help. Despite that, they handled everything so well and never let the stress show. By the time it was our turn, Daniela took care of us from the beginning of our order all the way until she rang us up. She walked us through everything, answered our questions, and was so patient, friendly, and attentive. Even after helping so many customers, she never rushed us and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. I actually made sure to ask for her name before we left because she really stood out. A big shoutout to Daniela and the other young woman working with her. They both deserve recognition for handling that rush with just the two of them. Management should really make sure employees have the support they need during busy hours because they were doing the work of an entire team. We’ll definitely be back because of the great service Daniela gave us.
