  Estoy encantada con la amabilidad de Rachelle y Miguel, y todo el personal de CAVA del Potomac Stonebridge, la comida es super deliciosa, todo muy fresco y muy saludable, recomiendo al 100% el CAVA de Woodbridge. 5 estrellas y más!

  I came here and it was my first time. I didn’t know how anything worked and was honestly confused but I’ve been wanting to try it. I came in and Rochelle, the wonderful lady who works here immediately explained how it all works to me and was amazing! She was so kind and made the experience amazing for me aside from the food! She was so patient with me and amazing! It was the best experience honestly. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to make the exception for the young lady Rochelle! She’s awesome, kind, attentive, and a great cava employee!

  Terrible and will not order from here. I placed a door dash order and on the app the protein selection was a bit confusing as I selected chicken and rice and then roasted veggies. Well it took the chicken off and did not reflect that on the order. I called Cava talked to a girl who answered. She got her manager and I explained and he told me “THAT’S NOT MY PROBLEM.” I will NEVER return. Whoever worked as a manager Sunday night around 8:00 PM on 9/20/26 needs to be let go! That is NOT how you handle a customer issue at all. Mezeh would never!

  This is my favorite location.all staff are professional and kindest.The person take orders always smile and take care the customer her name is Sol I definitely recommended visit this location. Food always right and on time

  Had worst customer service experience with Ana tonight. I am ordering food for me and my boyfriend. I have him on the phone as he’s telling me his order. From the time I walked in and was placing my order, Ana was very dismissive and short with me the entire time. At one point when I was asking my boyfriend, which veggies he’d like in his bowl - Ana literally dropped her shoulders, made a huge sigh and was mouthing the words “OMG” and other stuff to herself. Literally right in front of me … I couldn’t believe the service I had just received. I’ve been coming to this location ever since it was CAVA table, and I’ve never experienced this type of service ever before. Funny enough, after I finished ordering, I was waiting for the pita chips to finish cooking. During that time, I watched a Hispanic man come in to pick up an order, and Ana was noticeably pleasant and friendly with him. Shortly afterward, a white couple came in, and again, she was polite and pleasant with them. Then two Black women came in, and coincidentally, Ana appeared to have an issue with one of them as well. I am also a Black woman. I don’t want to make racial assumptions and I cannot speak to Ana’s intentions. However, after personally experiencing how dismissive and visibly irritated she was toward me and then watching the stark difference in how she interacted with other customers immediately afterward, I would be dishonest if I said the pattern did not concern me. It was noticeable enough that I left wondering whether race played a role in the treatment I received. Overall, the entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and honestly disappointing. I’ve never experienced service like this, especially in the Stonebridge area. I typically don’t complain about someone having an attitude because everyone has an off day, but Ana’s behavior was so blatant and disrespectful, that’s the type of service that makes me not want to even come back to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and does better to ensure they are selecting employees who treat all customers fairly and equally, with basic respect and professionalism, regardless of who they are.
