Placed an order for pickup and selected the “pay in store” option. I sent my husband to pick it up, and he waited about 10–15 minutes past the estimated ready time before the order was finally brought out. He asked for extra bread, waited another couple of minutes, received it, the kid told him have a good day and he left. He was under the impression that the order had already been paid for since no receipt or anything was bought out to the car the first time they came out and when my husband then went inside.
About an hour later, I received 2 calls I missed one because I didn’t recognize the number and see it’s calling again, the kid on the phone says “yeah, your husband didn’t pay for his food. Im going to need a card or for you to come back to the store” off the bat accusatory tone, so I told them okay, I needed to confirm with my husband first to see what happened as I ordered this for him while I was at work, husband explained that he genuinely believed the order had already been taken care of as explained above.
What really disappointed me was the way the situation was handled afterward. The employee on the phone was extremely condescending and spoke to me as if we had intentionally left without paying, using dismissive responses like “mhmmm” and “uh huh.” There was no acknowledgment or apology from their side for forgetting to charge my husband before giving him the food. To make matters worse, after the uncomfortable interaction, they still asked if I wanted to leave a tip……..
Very poor customer service and an unprofessional way to handle what was clearly a misunderstanding. If he wanted to steal he wouldn’t have waited around so long after receiving our order waiting for extra bread and sauces. We are frequent customers of this location but I don’t believe we will be anymore after this interaction. Some accountability in the situation would’ve gone a long way. I acknowledge I should’ve communicated better with my husband about the payment method but also I expected the restaurant to be clear about any balance owed.

Got there at 7:30, website said food was ready by 7:50, while i’m writing this it’s currently 8:58. and I still haven’t gotten my food. I see workers playing around and leaving and me and 2 others are sitting outside still waiting. I recognize that sometimes it can be busy however inside there was only 2 small families dining.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill completely destroyed our Mother’s Day because of shockingly incompetent management. I called FOUR DAYS in advance to get on their “call ahead” seating list for 6PM since they don’t even offer reservations. We arrived on time only to be told the manager had suddenly decided to “pause seating” for the next hour and that they would call my cell phone when a table opened up. That call never came. It is now 8:30PM and Carrabba’s still never contacted us.
This was one of the most disgraceful, disorganized, and infuriating restaurant experiences I have ever dealt with. The management at this location is an absolute failure. You do not completely ruin a family’s Mother’s Day plans through pure incompetence and expect customers to just shrug it off. The manager should be held accountable for this disaster.
What makes it even worse is that instead of prioritizing the people physically standing in their restaurant waiting for tables, they were clearly more concerned with pumping out curbside pickups and DoorDash orders. On a major holiday like Mother’s Day, dine-in guests should have been the priority, not delivery apps. They overbooked, overpromised, and completely abandoned customers who planned ahead and trusted them.
To top it all off, the hostess was rude, dismissive, and offered zero help or apology. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and unbelievably unprofessional. Absolute garbage management and a ruined holiday thanks to this restaurant.

I had placed our names on the waitlist for 2pm on Mother’s Day. I arrived to the restaurant and checked in with the hostess. She asked me if a high top table was ok but I let her know that I have a child that needs a high chair and would need a table to accommodate that. The hostess sat us but never returned with a high chair. Our server came over 15 minutes later and asked for our drink order, to which we gave and again asked for a high chair. He never returned, so as a hostess was preparing tables near us, I asked her for a high chair. This was now the third person I had asked in the 20 minutes we were there. She later returns and lets me know that they didn’t have high chairs but had a booster seat they could offer. My son is still too young for a booster so this didn’t work for us. We ended up leaving before even getting our drinks as holding our baby the whole time wouldn’t have made for a pleasant eating experience for any of us. It would’ve been really nice to know in the beginning when I first checked in that there was no high chairs available. It would’ve saved some time and we would’ve picked somewhere else to go. We ended up going back home and not being able to celebrate with a Mother’s Day lunch as we had originally planned. It seems they only had one high chair for the entire restaurant because the only one we saw was for the table behind us. I’d recommend calling ahead if high chairs are needed and ask if they have one available for your table.

There’s something comforting about returning to a place that never misses - and for me, that place is Carrabba's Italian Grill.
From the moment I sat down, I felt that familiar sense of ease, like everything was going to be just right. I tried the seasonal lamb chops this time, and honestly… they were unforgettable. Perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and seasoned in a way that felt thoughtful rather than overwhelming. The seasonal shrimp skewers were just as impressive - fresh, vibrant, and full of life in every bite. And the desert?!?! Just yasss honeyyyyy 👏💯🤤🤯!!!
What I appreciate most is the consistency. Every dish feels intentional, like care was put into every detail. The flavors don’t just taste good, they feel elevated, like they’re meant to be experienced, not rushed. It’s the kind of food that makes you pause for a second and just be.
And then there was Joe 😃!! In a world where genuine service can feel rare, Joe really stood out. His kindness wasn’t forced, his attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed, and the way he carried himself showed a level of pride and work ethic that’s honestly inspiring. He made the experience feel personal, not transactional and that matters more than most people realize 😊!
Places like this remind me why dining out can still feel special. I’ll definitely be back - probably sooner than I expect 🙌🤗
