- CTCathi ThomasAug 18, 20261.0I requested my meal be cooked fresh and was advised to park in the parking lot while it was being prepared. I got home which is a 2 minute drive from the Arby’s and the entire box was cold. Called the phone , mail box was full. Totally unacceptable and disappointed

Everytime and I mean everytime it takes an employee 5 minutes to figure out how to receive a paper coupon. Inside could need some better upkeep. The padding in my booth literally came apart
