  The definition of customer service! The food was great and about halfway through our meal, we were generously offered free samples! The workers came over to check on us, gave us our food quickly and always had something nice to say. Whether it be about my phone case or how our day was going, we were pleasantly surprised with how kind everyone was. The atmosphere and restaurant is also super cute! Also $16 dollar for 6 huge chicken tenders, 2 sides, and a roll! I call that a win for 2 people!! Would recommend!!!

  Such a fun place! Went here on a whim and we were so glad we made the trip! The staff were very friendly, patient, and helpful. The chicken was delicious! The mac and cheese tasted homemade. The portions were very generous. We felt like we got more than our money's worth! Besides the great food the added bonus that made us feel like we got a great deal was the outdoor area. A fully stocked bar, a stage for musicians to perform on with plenty of seating, a mini putt putt golf course (only 3 holes but no complaints about that), a foosball and ping pong ball table, and a cornhole area. The shocker for us.....all of this was free for customers! So we enjoyed our awesome chicken and hung around playing some fun games while singing along with the local musician who happened to be performing. All on a random Sunday afternoon. Definitely not what we anticipated! We will be heading back very soon and hope others do too!

  First time visiting…. The wife and I selected the two popular meals with two sides just to taste the variety, so we can bring the kids next time,it was delicious. But the Head Chef “Tim” found out what we were doing and came out with multiple samples from the menu and insisted us on trying almost every side dish… Tim explained since this was our first time it was imported for us to give a great review and full report to the family back home. I have to stay it was very kind of him to do that, making sure we felt welcome and was able to experience and taste as much of the menu as we could. We are definitely coming back, thank you Chef Tim.

  first time here, everyone seems hyped about this place . our food took over 20 minutes to come out . the chicken, fries, and mac were just average to me. the best thing to me was my fountain soda and the cotton candy milkshake. disappointed.

  We are residents in Windsor and were so excited when Reds opened! Our first time trying it (few days after opening), we were pretty disappointed. We decided to wait a few months to try it again before judging them. Also wanted to give them anorher shot because the owners are wonderful people. Fast forward to now, we tried them again to see if its improved. We were warned by other locals it still is just "ehh okay", but we wanted to see ourselves. After spending $75 I can say that I'm disappointed still. I had high hopes since Windsor is limited. We had things missing from our order , but that is an honest mistake so we overlooked that. The fries were soggy, the chicken was not flavorful (breading fell off too), the rolls were stale, and mac n cheese still tastes like frozen grocery store mac. Truthfully, the chicken salad was the only thing we didn't mind. I don't have any complaints about the atmosphere. It is a cool building and they did a beautiful job creating a fun hang out spot.
