    First time here. Had a taste for a smoothie and opted for the detox island green. It was very good and I would order it again. Cashier was friendly. Overall, had a great experience and would visit again to try other menu options.

    Terrible. I normally only give positive reviews, but this is ridiculous. Multiple times I have ordered well in advance (est 30+ minutes) and get there and food is still not ready. This time, I ordered a Cali breakfast flatbread, a couple of breakfast wraps and a bowl. When I got home, the flatbread wasnt a Cali flat bread, but like 3 pieces of chicken with bbq sauce? Also the other wraps were barely had any egg, cheese, or meat....all wrap... The bowl was only half full of ingredients. It is obvious that this branch is definitely trying to save by not adding a "normal" amount of ingredients to the wraps and bowls. Shame on me for going back.

    Absolutely horrible.They do not have a consistent opening time. They are completely different franchise from the original tropical smoothie. Do not go there. I ordered my food this morning online and got there and no one was there. And it is nine o'clock in their opening time, says 7am. You can't even get a hold of them on their phone, because they disconnected their phone line. Thank god for the tropical smoothie on south pleasant valley road for making it right and giving me my order with no charge being that my refund for this order may not even be dine. Being that I cannot get a hold of anyone from them.

    At 1:00 pm on June 8th, I went to pick up an order, and had a very poor experience. They took forever to make the order, and then I asked them for another cup because the one that they gave me was all lopsided, and I was told no for that extremely simple request. It was just so unnecessary. I never complain about anyone, but I just thought that was weird. And then I walked back in because I forgot something on the counter, and they were just rude. Terrible customer service.

    We got Bahama mama smoothies with whey protein, half sugar and added mango. They were almost orange and tasted nothing like they usually do. We get the same shakes at several different locations about twice a week. We gave them a second chance and ordered regular Bahama mama smoothies and a acai bowl with Nutella. There was barely any Nutella or fruit and the quality of fruit wasn't great. It was also a mobile order and took a really long time. Maybe they can retrain their employee(s) and correct these issues.
