  We've ordered delivery before no problem. This time it was a big problem. We didn't get part of our order. Tried calling and got a call center, who then sent me to the location we ordered from and was on hold for almost 5 minutes. When I told them what happened, they said that the delivery person forgot to grab it, and they wanted to issue a credit. (The delivery person said that they didn't hand it to her. ) We wanted the pizza and told them so. Not fair for one person to not get their meal while everyone else did. Honestly, we should have just taken the credit, for several reasons. Thanks to this, we will no longer place any more orders.

  Surprisingly the only pizza hut in the area. Its a nice little take out location and its perfect for on the go! The deals in the app are incredible. I love the $3 personal pan pizza with bacon or the $4 breadsticks. The staff here is friendly as well!

  I watched an employee drop a pizza on the floor and pick it up and give it to the customer at the drive thru window. Aug 21st 5:03 p.m.

  This is the 2nd time I ordered over the phone only to get there and the store didn't have my order. The 1st time the server was very helpful and rushed my order through. Today was much worse. I ordered over the phone once I got there to pick up the guy said order wasn't ready. I asked specifically do you have my order? He said yes while pointing at the screen. He assured me it was cooking. I circled around and got back in line for the 2nd attempt. Waited another 10-15 minutes. This time when I got to the window the same dude told me someone else would help me then rushed off. The 2nd guy said he didn't have my order and really didn't seem to care. I spent at least 20-30 minutes waiting only to leave more hungry and mad. That guy should be fired today and made to wait weeks before getting his last check. This place was awesome years ago. Im done with it I won't be back!!!

  We normally order from this location and everything was fine until this time, we ordered two large pizzas and cheese sticks, we ask to leave out garlic and well done, on arrival took pick up the order took about five minutes for someone open the window, just to tell me that wait few more minutes, which it’s ok. When we got home, the pizzas where full of garlic (so much garlic it was the only thing you could taste) and they were absolutely not well done and just marked with the pizza cuter, my son took one slice and half of the pizza on the center came out, horrible and not what we used to get. It’s okay because we have few pizza places in town, and they want my business. I’m NOT coming back to this place.
