  I was checking out I had to wait 10 minutes to get something off of my order in the self checkout. Alexa took her sweet time taking off the items we didn’t want anymore and she didn’t have the greatest attitude at all. Will not be going here if the staff have attitudes of doing a simple job

  I had over 2 dollars off gas. went to gateway to fill car and gas tanks. old lady came out and hung up my gas handle when I placed it on the ground to fill up the tanks. I lost all my points. she was very rude and did not care. I will not be shopping at martins anymore since I can not use my pints which is supposed to give me 25 gallons. I will switch to Costco where food is cheaper and I can accuse my gas points. I have been loyal customer shopping almost everyday for my gas points and this lady with athority issues and no customer service took all that money away that I have spent. I am completely outraged. never martins.

  It’s unfortunate Martins is practically the only grocery store around here. 1. It’s ridiculously expensive. My favorite 5 oz yogurt is $3.75 each. You could go to the Harris Teeter in Purcellville and get the same yogurt 3 for $5. Actually almost every single item at Martins is double the price than those of Harris Teeter, Giant, Wegmans etc. 2. I despise the tile flooring in the produce section. I’m beginning that we get rid of that. 3. The organic food is extremely expensive compared to other grocery stores, it rottens quicker AND there isn’t much of a selection. We so desperately need another grocery store around here and one with more organic and healthier options and way less expensive. I’d rather drive to purcellville and Leesburg than shop at Martins.
