- TRTom RobinsonSep 7, 20262.0Two stars for the convenience of the drive-thru. No napkins as requested. Not cut in half as requested. No mayo packets as requested. No extra toppings as requested. Sandwiches were dry and barebones, they used to be a lot better. At least I tried, but I won't be back.
- WJWayne JenkinsAug 30, 20265.0Stopped in at my local Jimmy John's on Rivendale Ct earlier this month to order a couple of their promotional subs ( The Vito and the Pepe) for the $5.99 each but when I got to the drive thru window to pay the young lady said my total was $17.12 and when I asked her about the promotional price I was told oh I'm not sure I think that's online only which actually wasn't correct. So after I called the other location in town and verified that they were participating in the promotion I sent a complaint to the corporate website and received a response quickly that it was being sent to the franchise owner( Aaron ) and that someone would contact me. Few days later I received a call from the manager ( Mark ) about the issue and he was very apologetic about the confusion and handled the issue with professionalism and issued me a store credit which I thought was quite exceptable, then a day or so later Aaron the franchise owner called me and expressed his apology as well and provided some answers as to the confusion and then I explained how Mark had already called me and was very understanding and issued me a credit, Aaron then tripled my in store credit and completely blew my mind and at the same time retained my loyalty as a hardcore Jimmy John's customer. It was so refreshing to get this kind of response and cooperation from a fast food franchise at a time when customer service has been at a low. I suggest to anyone wanting to order the $5.99 promotional subs to ask your order taker if they are participating because I did not see any posters or postings on the drive thru menu board. I want to thank Aaron and Mark for their professionalism and generosity in addressing my issues and thank you Jimmy John's I am still a loyal customer 😋

Out food was made quickly and prepared very well, and I would say this definitely beats subway. Don't hesitate to stop by if you're looking for inexpensive, but quality dining and excellent service from the team.
