- XPXhesika pukaAug 8, 20265.0I had a great experience at this location recently and everything is clean and the staff was amazing but what mostly led me to leave this review is one of their managers. I spoke to him about my lost purse and he took his time to stay on call with me for 20 minutes checked the cameras and talked to the team to look for it. I unfortunately did not find my purse but I will always be grateful to the care this person gave me.

The fries came out soft and mushy like they’d been sitting for a while. The table was wet when we sat down and there were no napkins anywhere to wipe it off. I also called on my way there to adjust a sandwich. They put me on hold, never picked back up, and when I called again the line was blocked. We were hungry so we ate it, but it was a bad experience and not what I expect from Five Guys prices.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
