Got there are waited over 30 minutes (a total of 46 minutes since I placed the order) when there were only three cars in the drive thru. I know the employees are stressed and feel overwhelmed by the way they were acting. I don’t blame them, there doesn’t seem to be proper training on how to juggle multiple tasks. They were extremely kind and felt bad about the wait, but waiting over thirty minutes for a bagel is insane. This is the third time in a row this has happened to me and I am going to stop frequenting this Dunkin.
- ASAshlee StevansSep 20, 20261.0I spend hundreds of dollars every month at your location and order the same drink—the Strawberry Dragonfruit Daydream Refresher—so I know exactly how it should taste and look. I genuinely hate complaining, but the drink I received was overwhelmingly strawberry, bright red, and appeared to have absolutely no oat milk in it. I politely asked for it to be corrected, only to receive an entirely new drink that was basically nothing but oat milk, with little to no strawberry flavor. My fiancé even went back inside simply to ask that some oat milk be added to the original drink, but instead was handed this second, completely unbalanced drink. It honestly felt less like an attempt to fix the mistake and more like a slap in the face for having said anything at all. This experience is exactly why I usually avoid asking for replacements. I’m not expecting perfection—I’m simply asking to receive the drink I paid for, prepared correctly, without being made to feel uncomfortable for requesting that an obvious mistake be fixed.

Ordering had also proves to be a fruitless endeavor as my two coffees and four donuts weren't even ready for pickup. When I arrived through the drive-thru it took an additional 5 minutes for the employees to grab four donuts. I know this review may sound like I'm a Karen but it's Insanity that the drive-thru goes this slow
