- HJHaley Jones2 days ago1.0Waited 15 minutes in line and then an additional 5 minutes sitting at the window (while our drinks were literally ready sitting on the counter). Was about 2 seconds from pulling away when an employee finally came to the window and when mentioned that it took forever he was rude and extremely unpleasant. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, he just shrugged it off and asked what we wanted him to do. At the very least apologize for the long wait? I get it, we all hate our jobs but at least plaster on a smile and treat your customers kindly. I don’t usually post reviews but this interaction rubbed me the wrong way. Definitely would not recommend going here, would be worth it to drive the extra 10/15 minutes to one further away with better service and more pleasant workers.
