This restaurant is really very worst. Please don’t go. I don’t recommend to anybody. The price is very very expensive and too high. They try to treat you and try to give very less quality and quantity and the chef is actually not a chef. They just make some salt and rice, and something is not good. The owner is very miserable. He’s not good. They try to do some meetings in that restaurants and play some games there and they serve the food is not good. They’re doing some business there. Don’t go, don’t go.

Very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food quality was extremely poor and did not taste fresh at all — it honestly felt like it had been prepared several days earlier. The prices are also unreasonably high for the quality and quantity served, and the final bill included excessive charges and taxes. What concerned me the most was the hygiene and professionalism. I personally noticed kitchen staff repeatedly going outside to smoke and then returning directly to work, which made me very uncomfortable about the cleanliness standards of the restaurant. Overall, this place is overpriced, unhygienic, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality food or a good dining experience. Honestly we even go sick after we went home and felt the diarrhea and stomach pain and vomits that day night

I was looking forward to dining at this restaurant, after reading positive reviews on the Internet. I made a reservation for 5:30pm, hoping to skip the dinner rush, as we have an autistic son who needs to be in bed by 8. After ordering relatively quickly after arriving, it took until 6:50pm to get our main dish. This was after we inquired about our food twice (without swearing or using foul language, despite the owner’s suggestions otherwise). When our main dishes arrived (significantly smaller than expected), the server had completely forgotten about our appetizers and then insisted that we didn’t order one of the appetizers. Finally, when our samosas arrived, they were icy in the middle. While there we heard several tables nearby wondering where their food was. This whole situation could have been ameliorated if the staff had acknowledged the long delay, perhaps offered us our appetizers in advance of the meal, and fully heated. They simply seemed overwhelmed. In the end, the owner did comp our appetizer dishes, which was appreciated. But the small dishes, lack of communication or apologies, and icy appetizer mean that I cannot recommend this restaurant at all.

This is quite possibly one of the worst dining experiences of my life. While I understand that restaurants are busier on Mother’s Day than normal, our very simple food order took over an hour and 15 minutes to prepare and we were given nothing to munch on in the interim. In fact, when we asked where our Naan bread was (because we were starving), the guy literally tried to gaslight us and tell us that we hadn’t ordered any! He also claimed we hadn’t ordered samosa appetizers either despite the whole conversation we had about it (we were comparing the traditional vs. the chaat samosas). What kind of server (although I think it might have been the owner) tries to tell his customers that they didn’t order food just because he was too inept to actually produce it in any kind of remotely timely fashion! When the food finally arrived, I assumed the tiny little bowls it arrived in were for sauces of some sort. They were in fact our “entrees”. A term I use in quotes because this portion was to an entree what a bagel slice is to a large pizza. I had ordered a lamb Rogan Josh and it contained exactly 4 tiny pieces of lamb (I’d guess less than 3 ounces) it was ridiculous . They also gave us two half full bowls of rice for 6 people, as if two cups of rice would do it for 6 people! Then amazingly our appetizers (you know the ones we had supposedly never ordered) arrived 90 minutes after we ordered them. My daughter’s somosa was so undercooked, it was actually still frozen (not cold, FROZEN) in the middle. The worst part is that, for Winchester, this place was expensive. There’s a great combo…pricey and minuscule portions! How this restaurant ever got 4.6 stars will remain one of the great mystery’s of life! Personally, I think I’ll defer my next visit to this establishment until after I pull my toenails out with pliers…in other words NEVER! I am still absolutely stunned that they actually tried to tell us we did NOT order several items. They should find a new business. They managed to take the “hospitable” out of the hospitality industry!

WE CAME INTO THIS RESTAURANT AT 5:40 PM. WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR FOOD UNTIL 6:50!!! THAT IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCES OF MY YOUNG BEAUTIFUL LIFE. MY SIMOSA WAS FROZEN ON THE INSIDE AFTER NOT COMING OUT BEFORE MY FOOD! OUR WAITER TRIED TO GASLIGHT THE TABLE INTO THINKING WE ORDERED NO APPETIZERS. THIS PLACE CLEARLY NEEDS ITS AWARDS TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM! WE WENT HERE FOR A PEACEFUL DINNER ON MOTHER’s DAY AND THIS PLACE ONLY LEFT MY MOTHER MORE STRESSED AND RUINED OUR NIGHT. WE DIDN'T EVEN GO FOR ICE CREAM AFTER!!!! IF YOU WANNA EAT THIS CENTURY DONT PLAN ON MAKING THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR DINNER DESTINATION. IF I COULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS THEY WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THIS REVIEW!
