  First I want to say this is by far the best fine dining Indian food in Winchester, Virginia. Every meal I’ve enjoyed here has been wonderful in person and or takeout. When I see inexperienced people leaving angry reviews that don’t reflect the true nature of a restaurant or the people that run it. It’s very upsetting. So take a closer look when you see these trolls trying to harm businesses with 20-40 reviews most that are negative. Ignore them!!! Curry Cuisine is run by wonderful people who care about the food they serve. I travel a lot and try to leave positive reviews when something stands out. I’m lucky that here in my home town I have an Indian restaurant as spectacular as Curry Cuisine!!! Thank you

  Fabulous on all counts!! I ordered from the solo menu. I liked the way the courses were broken down on the menu making it so much easier to choose from. I drank masala Chai with my meal, a perfect complement. The staff was very friendly and most accommodating. They have made a lover of Indian food out of me. I'll be back!!

  I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager (or receptionist who sat us). When my friend and I were seated, we were given a bottle of water alongside drinking glasses. However, the glasses were dirty and covered in spots. I asked our server for a replacement glass, but the new one brought over was just as spotted. Rather than making a fuss or continuing to complain, I decided to simply drink directly from the water bottle without letting my lips touch the glass rim. Out of nowhere, the person who originally seated us rushed over and aggressively mocked me, claiming I couldn't do that because it made it a "public bottle" and that he now had to throw it away. His tone was completely disrespectful and unnecessary. After I explained the situation regarding the dirty glasses, he finally got us clean ones, but the damage was done. His reaction completely ruined the mood for my friend and me for the rest of the visit. If management wants customers to return and leave happy, they need to treat people with basic respect and ensure their glassware is actually clean in the first place. I will not be coming back.

  Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The food itself was okay, but the owner’s attitude and the way we were treated completely ruined the experience. We were three people. We normally order two or three dishes depending on the portions because we don't like wasting food. When we tried to order the special dinner, we were told that because there were two people eating, we had to order two of them. We also ordered one chicken korma. After a discussion with the owner, he finally agreed to let us order only one. When the food arrived, the portions were extremely small for the price. There were only a few spoonfuls of rice with each dish. Compared with other Indian restaurants we have visited, the prices were very high and the portions were disappointing. We also noticed that the glasses were not clean and the silverware did not appear to be properly cleaned. When we received the check, we saw that a 20% service fee had already been added. I understand that restaurants may have service charges, but I personally prefer to decide the tip based on the food and the service I receive. The biggest problem, however, was the interaction with the owner. His attitude and manner made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have been to many Indian restaurants and have generally had very positive experiences with their hospitality, even when the food was not perfect. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this experience. Regarding the owner's response to my original review: I was even more disappointed by the response. Instead of addressing my concerns about the food, portions, cleanliness, and service, the response came across as confrontational and inappropriate. I found the comments about what might happen to me in India particularly concerning and unnecessary. I am simply sharing my personal experience as a customer. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated.
