  1 star for being unreachable. They have an AI answering machine who directs you (even if asking to speak directly to this store) to some offshore customer service center, no matter what you say, no matter if you ask for a live person. If I need to call you about my order, I should be able to, I promise you can handle talking to a live person.

  Complete filth on every table and the floor, the workers don't have time to clean because there is only 1-2 people making the food. Always a line out the door. I'm from out of town working here and have gone 3 times and its always the same. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

  Now I see why this place has one star review I go in at 6 PM and there’s barely enough steak for my meal and they are in the middle of cooking fresh steak and I said I’m willing to wait the five minutes the manager or supervisor tells the line to make my order and that I can’t wait around for the fresh steak. Then I get my normal three pointer which 1.4 a tortilla one point for cheese one point for steak and then I get extra steak, which typically is built as a three pointer with extra steak. She wants to tell me that since I’m getting it as with extra steak, it’s a full burrito no matter what even though she said if I had gotten it without the extra steak, it would be a three pointer so her logic and math is even flawed the stupidity out of this place is unbelievable and quality food, I’m sure it’s even worse. Thankfully I left and didn’t even bother wasting my money on tasting it as nasty as it looked with old dried meat and broken down cheese. Corporate needs to re-teach their employees at this location because it’s obvious they don’t know basic math.
