  The people there have no clue as to whats going on. Everytime I order or any of my coworkers order from this Chipotle we never get all of our food. Half will be missing and you constantly have to recheck. Theres been times where half of their food is out and they have nothing but lettuce, beans, ect to choose from. It is a poor run establishment and needs a new manager and employees to run it.

  Wrong order and poor customer service. I ordered a carnitas bowl through the Chipotle app for pick up. Once I got home and opened my container, I realized I got three chicken tacos. The label on my order was correct, but the food was completely wrong. I called their store and briefly spoke with Christian, who hung up on me since the signal was not great and kept breaking up. I called back multiple times, no answer.

  Went in an hour and half before closing. Was told that they didn’t have white rice and if I could wait 5-10 mins. Which was fine no problem. Then noticed that the staff from the drive though would come over and grab the protein for the bowls that were for drive up. Literally watched an employee drop 5 cubes of steak into a bowl…like what?! The skimpy portions are wild!!! Then was told oh we have no more protein just chicken. Myself and many others waiting just left. Easily could’ve told us they had only chicken left. Also the drink area was flooded with ice cubes. Water and drinks on the floor. I don’t recommend this location.

  Not surprised by all the bad reviews on here. Don’t know why changes aren’t being made. They open at 10:45 went in at 11:10 was the only one in there, wasnt even acknowledged for a whole six minutes while they were still doing opening tasks. Then when they do go to take my order they Didn’t even have all the food out and ready yet. Like always. Went to pay and the girl starts laughing and telling the other girl she never put a Drawer in so had to stand there and wait for them to get a drawer for my change. They never have Vinaigrette at this location. Idk if management just sucks or poor planning or the employees are just lazy.

  I don't know if I will go to another Chipotle but I do know I will not be going to the one in Winchester, VA. I put in a mobile order to go via the app. I pick up my order and there is no drink cup. I bring this to their attention - they study the ticket on the bag for 3 seconds then hand me the cup. Ya fine, whatever. I fill the cup on my way out...no lids for large drinks. I ask the employee for a lid. They are out. I said ok well my order is to go and I can't bring a large cup with me with no lid so can I have two smaller cups to pour it into? Spanish language to (I guess) the manager who looks at me for 2 seconds with a sour face and oks a regular cup and a childs cup. I'm just done with this. I am done with paying a price premium ($26 for 4 damn tacos and chips) and getting crappy service. They want to charge the premium price but there is never premium service to go with it. Sorry to annoy you Chipotle with my customer needs. I just want what I ordered without the attitude.
