Made my first visit to this sushi bar in the walking mall of downtown Winchester. You can find it next to the splash pad across from the church. It's a cozy little place with a small outdoor seating area. I sat inside so I could catch the ending of a World Cup game conveniently on the television in the dining room.
I ordered an uncooked sushi roll called Treasure Island. It claimed to be a customer favorite and I now know why. There is tuna and avocado, of course. But add to that some caviar and spicy mayo and crunchy bits and you've got a hit. I asked for a little less sauce to avoid it being too spicy but I don't think I would have been bothered by the mild heat.
Hot green tea rounded out my quick dinner break, barely at 30 minutes just 'cause I was heading home.
Service was pleasant, restrooms were clean, beer cooler was stocked with the standards and a variety of Asian beverages. We'll try those next time.
