    This subway is AMAZING. Even at the late night hours service is amazing. Not to mention the subs are perfect here. I would 100% recommend!!

    I live near this subway, so I come here for the efficiency yet somehow there’s always something wrong with my order. What’s the point of placing a mobile order if I have to come in and do everything from start to finish anyway? Every time i come back with an issue from incorrect items to missing items, the staff seems to not care at all. No issue resolution, not even an apology has ever been given to me. There seems to be only one or two ladies there at a time, with a manager unreachable that’s not even there? How is there not a manager present, or at the very least, able to answer their phone. I’ve not gotten good service any time i’ve come here from the staff, and have never been given so much as an apology for the mistakes made with my orders.
