  I have ordered from here multiple times online and in store, I ordered online today at 6:23pm says delivery out to me by 7:15pm well here it is 8:10pm still no order delivered, iv called the store 4 times since ordering to speak with a manager, I got sent to the call center which after the 4th call I was over it with kids at home hungry for two hours just about I told them id go to the store myself well I show up the driver is here waiting, the “manager” claims my order is just now going in the oven they can either cancel my order give my refund (only the amount of the food not the amount of delivery fee as well as tip I put in) this is absolutely ridiculous. I’d rather take my services else where

  As my family and I are staying at GWL. We door dashed pizza. After waiting 45 mins. The DoorDash driver left and cancelled the order. We are now sitting in store for another 45 mins. Waiting for them to remake food because they messed up with nasty floor, flies everywhere, trash cans full, trash on floors. Nasty walls doesn’t look like this place has been cleaned in years.

  Remaining open throughout something like this is highly questionable. Having customers walk underneath a structurally compromised breezeway to enter your store is a serious safety issue which introduces an high degree of liability.
