  I have been to this location on numerous occasions, but no more. The food is always passable at best, suited to situations where your other plans have fallen through. The food is always late compared to the estimated time in the app, but today was far beyoned anything I had experienced before. We arrived minutes before our order was due to be ready for pick up. The lights in the store were dark, though it was before 8pm. You could see two workers inside skulking, as if hoping to go unnoticed. As I approached the door, one exited to tell me that the store was closed and all orders canceled without further explanation. I had not received notice via email or through the app to that extent. That notice still has not been sent. Ultimately, this is the final straw and I will not be returning. You can truly see why the chain is on the verge of bankruptcy. Such a let down for those of us who remember the good old days of the lunch buffet and the BOOK IT! program.

  We usually get better pizza than this it's loaded with too much sauce. It was hard to eat. It was kind of hot so we ate around the edges. Not very good this time.What are disappointment I drove 45 minutes been my favorite place to eat now not sure

  W MANAGER this queen is working by herself and got my perfect pizza in 7 minutes get pizza here get a lot improve your life by 1000%

  The people were great the food sucked it was undercooked no chicken no white sauce at all. I would not go there again. Used to be when you order pasta it was done it was hot and it had chicken and sauce. I was there on 3 23 2026 at 3:03 pm
