  The lady who was acting as manager is throwing dishes around as it’s 10:33 and place doesn’t close til midnight and yellin cause orders keep coming in so I jumped as dishes are being slammed as I have ptsd so it triggered me that I didn’t want to wait in the store sign says General Manager is Michael Jones hopefully he gets this staff friendlier cause man takin our order was rude on us tryin to ask simple questions on the dinner box that we got confused you don’t carry it but you do make that make sense after ordering this lady continues to talk trash about the employees who apparently have things going on their lives that she’s downgrading people for calling in saying oh I don’t wanna work throwing dishes around this will be my last ordering here it’s a small store and you work in customer service if you can’t take it to make get the hell outta the job so someone else who actually cares about their customers can work

  Food is a 1-star because I didn’t taste it. Service is a 1-star because they didn’t deliver my order to me at all. I scheduled for a 10:15p delivery, and I got no follow up calls as to why it was late by 30 mins. This was an order for our team at work. Atmosphere is a 1-star because of the lack of accountability. When I called them at 10:45p, I got no explanation as to why the order could be so late. I got a hypersensitive employee scream at me that I had attitude when all I said was to please cancel my order. She handed the phone to a “GM”, and he said the order will be cancelled. We’ll see
