- MBmike bSep 14, 20263.0It's alright, I'll update the review if they ever learn how to make a pizza well done rather than raw...
- PJPhilip JAug 28, 20261.0Extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Papa John’s continues to decline and this location is a perfect example of why. Very sad fall from better days.
- SBSarah BeamAug 11, 20263.0Arrived on time but barely any cheese or sauce
- AWAaron WallaceJun 21, 20262.0We’ve ordered from this location for years without issue, but have had problems almost every order recently. From missing sauces (frequent) to random pieces of chicken on a vegetarian pizza.. just disappointing.
- SMShaQuaja MooreJun 17, 20263.0⭐⭐⭐ I actually love this Papa John’s and order here often because it’s close to home. That’s why it’s frustrating when the experience doesn’t match the standard I know this location is capable of. On my most recent visit, I spent almost $30 on my order, and my cheese pizza barely had any cheese on it. I’m not asking for extra cheese—I just want the pizza to have the amount that’s advertised. There were spots where it looked like there was hardly any cheese at all. They did offer to remake it, which I appreciated. However, I was told the remake would take about 8 to 10 minutes, and then I was also told, “I’ll get started on that as soon as I can.” That left me confused because it sounded like the remake wasn’t even going to be started right away. My son was in the car hungry, and after already waiting for the original order, I didn’t want to sit there wondering how much longer it would take. So I ended up leaving with the original pizza, disappointed. What makes it frustrating is that I know this location can do better. There’s a manager there whose name I can’t remember, and whenever she makes my cheese pizzas, they’re perfect every single time. So I know the issue isn’t the recipe—it’s consistency. I’m not leaving this review just to complain. I keep coming back because I like this Papa John’s, and I know they’re capable of doing a great job. I just wish the quality and communication were more consistent.
