  We’ve ordered from this location for years without issue, but have had problems almost every order recently. From missing sauces (frequent) to random pieces of chicken on a vegetarian pizza.. just disappointing.

  ⭐⭐⭐ I actually love this Papa John’s and order here often because it’s close to home. That’s why it’s frustrating when the experience doesn’t match the standard I know this location is capable of. On my most recent visit, I spent almost $30 on my order, and my cheese pizza barely had any cheese on it. I’m not asking for extra cheese—I just want the pizza to have the amount that’s advertised. There were spots where it looked like there was hardly any cheese at all. They did offer to remake it, which I appreciated. However, I was told the remake would take about 8 to 10 minutes, and then I was also told, “I’ll get started on that as soon as I can.” That left me confused because it sounded like the remake wasn’t even going to be started right away. My son was in the car hungry, and after already waiting for the original order, I didn’t want to sit there wondering how much longer it would take. So I ended up leaving with the original pizza, disappointed. What makes it frustrating is that I know this location can do better. There’s a manager there whose name I can’t remember, and whenever she makes my cheese pizzas, they’re perfect every single time. So I know the issue isn’t the recipe—it’s consistency. I’m not leaving this review just to complain. I keep coming back because I like this Papa John’s, and I know they’re capable of doing a great job. I just wish the quality and communication were more consistent.

  We ordered a med Pepperoni, Mushroom, Green Pepper. There was maybe 4 pepperoni. Never found a mushroom and maybe 2 slices of green pepper. The worst pizza I have ever had. Will never order from here again. Do not waste your money. Go somewhere else.

  I'm always bragging about how good papa johns pizza in Williamsburg is. This last time we had pizza there was not good. Very disappointed 😞

  Me and my wife recently visited this establishment after 10 PM, but before 11. The hours on the website were inaccurate and the store was closed. This ruined our first date in 40 years and caused the end of our marriage. Thanks a lot, Papa John.
