  Wish I could give it zero stars… So grandmother wanting to order breakfast for her grandchildren who are spending the night unexpectedly and has no way to go out and get what they want… I used Instacart to order and I ordered……… Two sausage McMuffins with egg, A bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with an extra folded egg,, two orders of bacon and Big breakfast with hotcakes, which is to include scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, a biscuit and three pancakes. I added an extra serving of scrambled eggs. The three pancakes were going to be divided among two children one and a half each, with the bacon that I ordered two orders of. Unfortunately, I received one and a half pancakes… So I substituted the scrambled eggs that came on my breakfast so that they would have enough to eat. I was going to put the sausage on the biscuit along with the one extra folded egg that I ordered on the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, but there was no sausage. Just as there was no hash brown. This is exactly why no one thinks that McDonald’s workers deserve $20 an hour! When you have deprived a grandmother of feeding her grandchildren properly… And by the way, for anybody who thinks they want to judge their house caught on fire, so I had not been to the grocery store. I did not expect them to be spending the night at my house and I was not prepared for breakfast. My car is in the shop. I couldn’t go anywhere to get anything. So I spent the exuberant amount of money to have it delivered so that my grandchildren would have a nice breakfast. But the people at McDonald’s, regardless of their pay cannot be bothered to put the order together correctly. It is gross. It is disgusting and it is completely unacceptable. I typically do not eat at McDonald’s, so saying I will never go back as obviously no big deal. But I want to make sure that everyone and anyone who actually takes the time to read reviews knows that the employees of this particular location simply do not care at all! One mistake is one thing four on one order is repulsive!!!!

  I asked for them to melt the cheese I added to my hot n spicy and it wasn't a problem they had my food hot, fast, and with a smile! (This ask is doing the most for most McDonald's)

  the young black gentleman at the second drive through window tonight had such a good energy! he was dancing around and very kind give that boy a raise

  Absolutely appalled at our visit. The woman had a huge attitude and when she all but tossed our bag of food at us, her remark "have the day you deserve" was completely uncalled for. I will NOT be returning to this location. The only info on the receipt was KS#13 so I don't know if that's her employee code, but she needs a new job because customer service is definitely lacking for her.
