We ate in on a Wednesday evening after a day at Busch Gardens. Food was all hot, quick, and correct (and great soft serve!). Service was friendly when handing us our food, but then every goes down hill. The bathrooms were an utter nightmare. Women’s smelled like cigarette smoke and urine. Not sure when I could say the bathroom had been cleaned last. Men’s was better, but that’s not saying much. Although our food came out quickly, when we went to get missing sauces and ketchup, no one came to the front, and we waited long a while. The restaurant area needed a good cleaning: table tops needed wiping, trash can were stuffed, and the floors were grimy. There were lots of worker’s friends visiting while we ate, which worked for us bc one helped us get our sauces. I’d say spot would be fine for drive through, but we won’t be visiting again.

This location needs a revamp. After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes with little movement, I decided to take my kids inside to order food. After ordering at the kiosk, I notice only a few people in the packed lobby actually had food. There were many disgruntled customers trauma bonding over the fact that they had been waiting nearly an hour for food. As we waited, it became abundantly clear that those in the lobby were not a priority. We watched them take orders and bag orders for drive thru and Door Dash orders. Only when asked would they try to assemble someone's order. They were now technically closed and the manager yells out to let the staff know that it had reached midnight (closing time). A few minutes later, in walks a girl of the street. She comes in and asks is they need help, walks in the back, grabs gloves and start putting orders together. She didn't wash her hands or anything. They just let this stranger come back there and work (Pic attached) at this point, I had been waiting for an hour for my food. The stranger comes out with my food. I look in the bag and all of the fries are missing, my son's Happy Meal had no toy, no sauces and were missing drink cups. Also, the drink station was completely empty, no stress, lids, or napkins. When the manager was informed, she said she knows and have to refill it. No attempt was ever made. When I informed the girl that my order was missing items, she told me they weren't making anymore food. No ma'am! The manager had them drop me fries. I was green handed a bag of soggy, oily, undercooked fries. This was the absolute worse experience. The team was unorganized and lacked and sense of urgency. Also, the manager was walking around with only one shoe. The other foot appeared to be injured but only had a brace and a sock.

Meh it is McDonald's. This one looked as nice as most inside. The food was mediocre. All the chicken had obviously been being sorted for a while. Not hot and a little rubbery. When it was ready, instead of bringing it out to the table (purpose of the table tent) they started calling " Table 3 table 3". Then, the best part was a sign for the employees behind the counter for reportable illnesses. It had a whole list of things on it, but apparently they arent allowed to call out for COVID or a cold which I thought was hilarious and wish I could have got a picture to post here!

You had to stand at the counter for several minutes or yell into the back to get service while people stared at you and turned around like you weren't talking to them. My son just needed straws because they hadn't been refilled and everyone stayed in the back and ignored him. The trashcans were overflowing, I let them know when we arrived We ate our food. Were there for about 25mins. No one ever came to change it so we just had to add to it. The lobby looked like it had not been cleaned or serviced all day (it was 3pm), no straws, lids empty, no napkins. And very bad service when we tried to ask for anything missing.

First of all we go to this McDonald's alot because it's closest to our job and today we were very disappointed. I do not have a problem with any work place playing music whatsoever, especially since it was not vulgar music, I listen to music at work I get it. But when they play music in the back so loud that the cashier can not hear people when they order and or request something, that's too much. There is a young girl at the counter that has the nastiest attitude. I watched a lady say, Ma'am can I have a lid please and this girl turned around and snapped and yelled, "ex-cuse me". The lady repeated the question while trying to say there were no lids at the bar and the young girl interrupted her saying, they were at the bar, and then she proceeded to walk away. Someone else that works there had to come off of the window to come give this lady a lid. I tried to keep my tone soft with her when it was my turn, I was polite, saying please and thank you and she still had her nose stuck up. When I said thank you, I appreciate that, she just said yup and walked away. No customer service whatsoever. Soooo very unprofessional. Then I get my food and leave and hand my fiance his food and we go separate ways at work. I get a text that once he opened up his burger it was burnt to a crisp but he's a man, he was hungry and ate it anyway. Didn't have time to go back at the moment and nothing else to eat. He also only had half a box of fries. I opened mine up and same thing, half a box, on top of they were not done. They were chewy and gooey. As soon as I got into the car I took a sip of my frappe and it was completely melted. Like absolutely melted. So to say we are disappointed in this establishment is to say the least.
