  When we first went in everything was perfectly fine. Me along with 3 friends and my mother ordered food. 3 happy meals a drink, 2 sodas, and a spicy McCrispy deluxe with a smoothie. Everyone got their food besides the friend that got the McCrispy and Smoothie. He waited 35 minutes and still did not receive his food. It got to the point that he decided to go up there and ask about it. First time he asked about the food, the lady looked at him and then walked away. He was upset and continued to wait for his food. We then saw that there was 10 bags in the back. He got very mad seeing that. He asked again and was told they haven’t even started to make his meal. He got even more upset. Some random man in the back proceeded to say “Give the little kid with the glasses a refund” since that is what he wanted at this point. Finally some extremely disrespectful woman came up to him yelling at him to not make a scene and not to yell at her “internationals” who “didn’t understand English” even though my friends were talking to them in English and they understood just fine. We eventually got the refund but that was just the main event. My other two friends did not get their fries in their happy meals. Also we saw someone wait. A very long time for MAYONNAISE. Overall these people are insanely rude and disrespectful and treated us like we were idiots.

  I don’t expect much as far as service when I go to McDonald’s, but I do expect something better than what I got today. I pulled up to the drive thru at 1133 on the right speaker - the left speaker just had someone that was pulling away to the window as I was pulling up. Then I sat… for at least a minute without anyone taking orders. A car pulled up to the left speaker and within 30 seconds had their order taken. Finally after about another minute, someone started taking my order… then STOPPED. Just completely stopped speaking. After about another 30 seconds I said “umm hello…?” Then another workers voice came on. Long story short - not sure if they’re just not good at customer service or maybe slow from being high, but we didn’t pull up to the next window until 1140. SEVEN minutes just taking an order of 2 kids meals and an iced coffee. Save yourself some frustration and go to the one on Merrimac. Don’t even give this one service. For reference, I’ve lived here for 6.5 and this McDonald’s has always been awful.

  We arrived around 5:10 on a Saturday and the drive thru was empty. Ordered 2 happy meals, 10 nuggets and a small fry. It ended up taking 34 minutes until we got the food. 34 minutes. Food was not hot, service was unapologetic, and I am frustrated we even waited that long and paid. I actually worked at McDonald’s for 7 years when I turned 14 until 21. I would have been mortified if it took more than 5 minutes back then as a worker. McDonalds in general has slowly declined over the years but 34 minutes from paying until getting the food in drive thru is insane. I would avoid at all cost. If leaving Busch Gardens or water country just go to one further up or down 64.

  The worst McDonald’s I have ever seen in my life. The floor was dirty and greasy, and the overall environment felt very poorly maintained. There was also a lady at the counter yelling at the employees and being extremely rude and unprofessional with customers. To make things worse, my order came completely wrong. I decided not to complain because I did not want to get into an argument or create more stress. Very disappointing experience.

  Always forgetting sauces... Very simple order , fries were cold ..I don't mind warm but cold and soggy no...n then they want higher wages but always get order wrong , take forever n rude, so I'm done Wendy's is next door so that will be my go to .. I've never had an issue with Wendy next door, fast, friendly order already right same price ....
