  Got an egg everything bagel with honey almond cream cheese. Bagel was way over seasoned, barely had any cream cheese compared to a real NY bagel. Can’t put manhattan in the name if you are not even going to come close to the standard. The flavor of the cream cheese itself is what saved this place from a one star. Staff were okay. Did not look happy to be working there. Way better bagel places in the region for the same price point.

  Cannot recommend the service highly enough. The server who took our order was great to deal with, happy, cheery and very polite and attentive. We then realised we’d made a mistake with our order once it arrived and we saw it had egg in it, which was 100% on us. We went and asked if we could order another bagel to replace it and not only was the new one made immediately on the spot, there was no charge for the replacement. The guys in the shop were excellent, and really how can you ever ask for more than this? Huge choice of options and what we ordered was all fantastic. Highly recommended.

  Rudest person ever! Placed order online….showed up 3 minutes after I was told it would be ready. After over 10 minutes, speaking with 3 different people, they START working on my order. Tall guy…guessing manager on duty offered me a free breakfast sandwich when I was complaining. I declined and he yelled at me they weren’t going to make me happy. It was early (8am…not early for a breakfast place) and they were trying to get organized. 100% unacceptable won’t be back!!

  Cozy little shop. Service was fantastic, we were welcomed in with the door being held open for us. Me and a friend shared halves of our bagels and both were dilicious!

  If you are looking for a good, filling, affordable breakfast, then you have definitely come to the PERFECT PLACE! Free refills on coffee (dark, medium, light, flavored, or decaf). Lunch is served also. Sweet treats are available as well. Service is efficient, and friendly. Elaina will take your order with a winning smile. Sara and James do an excellent job of taking care of their customers. Jaye, Brandon, and Amanda will make sure your order is cooked correctly. Try Manhattan Bagel!
