Me and my bf came here last night and our food was ok but felt really rushed by our server. On another note, the table side guacamole was the best!!

First time and last time at the particular establishment. Walked in to get a table one female and one male employee right at door (entrance) did not acknowledge me at all ..so I said I guess ill seat myself . Every employee in there has a mean look on their faces ...brought me a dirty menu ..food and chips smeared inside . I was waiting on my friend to arrive. Did not bring me any chips and salsa..had to ask for it . Then went to use the bathroom..older Hispanic employee female came out of bathroom and she pissed all over the toilet!! Didn't wash her hands either and went out to wait tables ..totally disgusting!! Service is the worst I've ever experienced!! They act extremely rude !! This is by far worst restaurant experience I've ever encountered! Management/ owner should be ashamed!! This place is pathetic π not worth your time or money .

Real Tex Mex if you like that style of below-the-border grub. Big menu, huge portions but rather mediocre in prep. We prefer Baja-style Mexican cuisine. Been a couple of times now. Tried the chimichanga, the beef fajita and grilled Octopus of all things. The chimichanga was tasteless, the beef fajita overcooked and dry and the Octopus was so tough that it could have been made into tire retreads to last a lifetime.
The one food item that was much enjoyed was the table-side prepared guacamole. A gimmick we thought, but the dish was authentic and delicious with the house-made chips.
The standout at La Terrazza were the Margaritas, both traditional and mango. But be forewarned: if you consume the βMediumβ, their smallest, you had netter have a designated driver. They are not stingy with the booze. They have a virgin Margarita which is tasty without the double bolus of tequila.
Service is hit or miss, depending on the crowd. Parking near the restaurant can be tight in the evening. But there is plenty in other parts of the shopping plaza parking lot. Bottom line: We could go back but we will be looking for better placed for our Mexican fare.
