I have been shopping here for many years and will continue to do so. I have never been disappointed by this grocery store's selection, prices, and service. (aside from their salmon being mediocre quality, but hey, cant win em all :). There are constantly sales on everything from produce or meats, to paper towels. IF YOU SHOP THE SALES, YOU WILL SAVE A LOT OF $$. Be sure to have an mvp account! If you shop sales, your cart will be alot less expensive than if you got the same from Walmart, and of course the quality is much better (aside from salmon). Where else can you find a rack of st Louis ribs for 7-8$ a rack!?!?! Or a 5$ family pack of chicken thighs!?!? In my many years of shopping at this location, the only bad thing I've bought was a managers markdown steak(it was stinky(it was close to experation so i knew the risk)). I brought it back to the store and they immediately apologized and refunded me. That employee's name was Rilohar. I have also dropped my wallet at the store and an empoyee found it and i got it back when i asked if they found it (with security measures to make sure it was mine!)The customer service at this store has always been excellent. I want to give a shout out to Rilohar. He has worked there for many years and has always assisted me when I needed help. Whether its a return or a money order, Rilohar has always assisted me with a smile and he deserves to be in this review. Overall, this is my favorite grocery store in williamsburg, in the most important terms, those being; selection, pricing, and service. I would highly reccomend this as your weekly grocery store.

I shop here all of the time, and I also get my weekly grocery pick up from here. Hands down one of the best food lions, we live in Newport News and I work in Williamsburg-despite having a lot of food lions in Newport News, we still pick up from here. The quick service and the good attitudes you’re met with make it all worth it. I wanted to particularly shine a light on Izriel! He is always so fast to get my order out, remembers that I prefer the groceries go in the back seat, and is always so pleasant and helpful if I have a question or just want to talk for a second. It’s rare that I have to wait for longer than 10 minutes to get my groceries brought out, but when it’s Izriel on it, I don’t even wait for five minutes, he is on it! Just wanted to show some love for the place that helps keep my family fed. Thank you!
