- BGBrandon GroegerSep 18, 20261.0TLDR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The food might be good, if you can get it. Service is abysmal. Details: We arrived a little after 6pm on a Friday. People were standing around waiting while staff ignored everyone. This should have been our first sign. We waited in line to order while we were ignored. An employee walked past me to answer the phone and acted like I didn't exists. Online and phone orders are clearly prioritized. We finally did get to order and then went to sit down and wait. If was my wife and me with my two young children. We waited patiently for more 30 minutes. We understand that the restaurant is busy. I asked for an update on our order and were told that they were still working on it. I asked again later and the employee said that he didn't know where it was. I had to ask again if they were going to remake it and he wasn't sure. At this point it had been more than 45 minutes since we ordered and I asked for a refund. The manager came over and began processing the refund showing no empathy or concern and offering no solutions. When the refund was finally processed it did not include the tip that I left. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until after I left. I walked out more than an hour later frustrated with no food, a hungry family, and having paid money. It's clear that management here has no idea what they are doing. In the past, I would have said that Five Guys was a little pricey, but the food was worth it. Today, Five Guys lost my trust and a customer. I won't be back. It's not worth the frustration. I can't support a business that operates so poorly and respects their customers so little. I recommend that you find somewhere else to eat and avoid this establishment.
