    Acabo de salir de este restaurante con mi madre; fuimos el miércoles 13 de mayo de 2026, alrededor de las 5:00 p. m. Rara vez escribo reseñas negativas, pero esta experiencia merecía ser señalada. Al entrar, las mesas estaban desordenadas y sucias; tuvimos que limpiarlas nosotros mismos. Pedimos la comida —los menús también estaban sucios— y la camarera (quien no quiso decirnos su nombre) nos trajo el plato equivocado. Yo trabajé como camarero en el pasado, así que entiendo que esas cosas pasan y no supuso ningún problema en absoluto. Luego nos trajo las bebidas, las cuales no daban la talla en absoluto y estaban preparadas de forma descuidada. Casi nunca devuelvo la comida o la bebida, pero en esta ocasión tuvimos que hacerlo. Ella no se ofreció a prepararlas de nuevo y se las llevó con una actitud muy desagradable. En ese momento, mi madre y yo decidimos comer en otro lugar y se lo hicimos saber para que no preparara la comida y esta terminara desperdiciándose. Ella respondió: «Bueno, ahora no pueden desperdiciar la comida, porque tendré que pagarla yo de mi propio bolsillo». Mi madre no estaba justo a mi lado en ese instante, por lo que pude notar que ella intentaba intimidarme. Le contesté: «Yo trabajé en un restaurante antes y sé que las cosas no funcionan así». Ella continuó diciendo, con la misma actitud: «Bueno, pues ahora están desperdiciando comida, y eso que ya estaba lista». Nuestra comida no estaba preparada, ya que habíamos tenido que devolverla dos veces. Fue entonces cuando mi madre intervino y dijo que comeríamos en otro sitio, dado que tanto el servicio como la comida habían sido pésimos. Ella nos ignoró por completo —lo cual no supuso ningún problema para nosotros— y nos marchamos. Fuimos el miércoles 13 de mayo de 2026. Solo había una camarera de servicio a las 5:00 p. m., así que, quienquiera que fuera esa persona, está arruinando la reputación del negocio y proyectando una imagen espantosa de la comida. No volveremos, pero espero que la gerencia lea esto y reflexione sobre la rentabilidad de su restaurante. ¡Gracias!

    I just left this restaurant with my mom on Wednesday, May 13th 2026. Around 5pm. I rarely make negative reviews but this experience just had to be noted. Once we came in the tables were messy and dirty, we cleaned it off ourselves. We ordered food the menus were dirty, the server (who didnt want to tell us her name) brought out the incorrect meal. I was once a server so i understand that and was no issue at all. She then brought out our drinks which werent up to par at all and messily maken. I rarely send food/drink back but we had to. She didnt offer to remake them and took them back with an attitude. At that point my mom and I decided to eat elsewhere and notified her so she didnt have to make food and waste it. She then said “well you cant waste the food now i have to pay for it myself” i wasnt with my mother so i could tell she was trying to intimidate me. I told her “i worked at a restaurant before thats not how it works” she then continued to say with an attitude: “ well now youre wasting food and its already ready”. Our food was not made because we had to send it back twice. That was when my mother stepped in and said were dining elsewhere because the service as well as the food was terrible. She then ignored us which was no problem and we left. We went on Wednesday the 13th of May, 2026. There was only one server at 5pm so whoever that was is making the businesss reputation terrible and reflecting horribly on the food. We wont be returning but I hope management sees this and thinks of the profitability of their restaurant. Thank you!

    The chicken is not what is advertised, instead we got a deep fried whole chicken. I was expecting 'charcoal' cooked chicken but gotten a deep fried whole chicken 🙄. we literally got cooked, shouldve went for popeyes for deep fried chicken instead
