  I was in the drive thru with my mom and sister, and we had a frustrating experience. We clearly Ordered a medium drink, But when we got our order, the drink was a small. When we nicely told the employee, She gave us an attitude and insisted we said Small, Which we did not. Maybe she couldn’t hear us because her coworkers were busy laughing and talking instead of doing their job. The Service was already slow, we were charged an extra dollar just to switch to the correct size, this was such a disappointing experience

  So we walked in and placed our order and waited to be told it was ready. We ordered a couple drinks, couple donuts, an avocado toast with bacon and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. When we picked up order the avocado toast had no bacon on it and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit had no sausauge. Be careful snd check your orders because sometimes they be slippin'.

  Dunk8n has far better drinks and seriously better prices than Starbucks.....BUT they can't get it right twice in a row! They just can't! The drinks aren't mixed correctly. Lattes sometimes have so little coffee except for the muddy look you wouldn't even notice it was a coffee drink! They are perpetually out of one or more food items. The worst part of their complete lack of inventory control is when you order and PAY AHEAD when you get there They are out of coffee, espresso, tomatoes, hummus, avocado, and even bread!!!!!! It is so sad. Because their menu is great! Their coffee is better AND more affordable. Quality Control does not exist.
