- HRharry rogersJun 12, 20261.0This is the worst dominos to order or visit. Ordered a pizza and almost a hour and half later had to call the store to see where the pizza was. The lady that answered said it just came out and the driver was going to be on the way. 35 minutes later he showed up with two pizzas that didn't even belong to me. Called the store back and she said the drivers made an error. 15 minutes later the driver came back to pick up the two pizzas to go and deliver them to another person and didn't bring my pizza back when they came. After calling the store and speaking to the same lady she said the drivers are messing up all the orders and she was cursing and said she was the only one working. After explaining the situation to her and I had a kid flipping out she said well what do you want me to do make you a priority over everyone else and get you the pizza and hung up. She should not have a job and neither should the drivers working the night of 6/11. After waiting another 20 minutes or so I decided to order from papa johns who I should have chose first. Papa Johns showed up on time and 15 minutes after they left here comes dominos 2 and half hours later with a pizza which was cold and old. This is the second time this happened. Last time I had to drive to the store myself and the girl was outside with her 7 or 8 year old son smoking and nobody was in the store. Orders never update on App and drivers never show up and you never get a refund. Don't waste your time with this store it should be closed and shut down.

I called the store and was told that they had a computer error and the pizza was about to be on the way. So, she lied to me. We called the store at least 10 times with no answer. So, we paid $40 and waited an hour for no food. I Finally Got Someone! Just for the manager hung up on me twice!
