  Disgusting. Stopped by about 8:30pm and there was food thrown everywhere. Most of it empty or near empty. Staff just stared at me and my family and finally one walked over and mumbled something. Just stared at each station waiting to be directed. Would never eat here again.

  Wish I had read the reviews to avoid the disaster this location is. Dude prepping my order was like juggling two other online orders also and just would not listen to how I wanted my steak tacos. Tried shorting me my chips also. Threw half my tacos in the trash because of taste. Dine area was also a mess and had not been cleaned in hors from appearance. Should have went Elsewhere.

  Very disappointing experience. I placed my order about 40 minutes in advance, but it still wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after the requested pickup time. The portions were also completely inconsistent with what I requested. It felt like the food was just thrown into the bowls without paying any attention to the order. On top of that, there were no forks or napkins included. What was especially frustrating was that the restaurant didn’t appear to be unusually busy. The employees were talking among themselves instead of paying attention to the orders they were preparing. This seemed to be more of a lack of attention and care than an issue of being too busy. I understand that delays can happen, but when an order is late, prepared carelessly, and missing basic items like forks and napkins, it shows a lack of attention to the customer.

  Extremely disappointing experience. First time trying this restaurant, and definitely the last. We originally ordered through DoorDash. When we went to pick up the order, we discovered that someone had taken our food from their pickup shelf. We stayed calm, waited in line as they requested, and gave them the opportunity to remake the order. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, we were treated like WE were the problem. Because it was a large order, I showed them my phone so they could make sure everything was correct. Their attitude immediately changed. Then we caught them closing one of the meals before adding the chicken. Naturally, we asked them to check the other containers too. Rather than simply checking, the employee became rude and dismissive. Another employee in the kitchen started laughing and mocking the situation after we asked them to just be respectful. The cashier also kept staring at us in a way that made the entire experience even more uncomfortable. The cleanliness was just as disappointing. The food preparation area was covered with spilled food, salad, and sauces. Sauce containers were overfilled to the point that sauce squeezed out around the lids, and they were handed out without even wiping the containers clean. We weren’t looking for special treatment. We simply wanted the food we paid for, prepared correctly, in a reasonably clean environment, and basic respectful customer service. Mistakes can happen. Bad attitudes, mocking customers, and poor cleanliness are choices.

  I've been going to Chipotle for many years. It's more of a stand in a long line, pick out your food, and go place and that's fine. The problem here was the rice was a little watery like it wasn't finished cooking. Then when I got home and ate the burrito bowl, my husband's and my food was lacking flavor. It was weird, that's never happened before when I've had Chipotle. And there were some crunchy pieces of rice in the bowl too. So as I thought, the rice was undercooked. With the amount of rice they have to make everyday I would think making the rice with flavor and fully cooked would be done without thinking like usual. It was a bit disappointing.
