  I have been to this Chipotle in Williamsburg several times, and every time, it's always the workers having a dead look like they don't want to work or service. If you're in a customer service atmosphere, then you should show that. If you don't want to work in that please don't. Yesterday was the last straw for me. The servers do not listen and want to blow and shrug like I did something to you cause yall don't listen. Could do better with cleaning. Management needs to get on staff asap.

  Me and my girlfriend both ordered burritos. She ordered hers without any beans or rice, she did get a normal serving of Pico. She asked for her burrito double wrapped and it was, however it was wrapped so poorly that it was shaped like a square, covered in sauce, leaking like crazy, and unfolding itself by the second. We talked to the manager and they were completely dismissive of all of our issues and concerns. EVERY trash can was overflowing, the floors were covered in burrito fillings and the tables haven't been cleaned in so long that you cant even scrape the dried food and lettuce off of it. She had to wrap her own burrito with a new tortilla that I asked for because it was so messy. When I asked for the new tortilla I got a very annoyed look and heard him mutter "i mean its already wrapped". I asked for an extra tortilla because mine was covered in bean sauce. We were also not given a refund or any compensation for this. Overall terrible experience

  The place could be top notch if they focused on customer service. The black girl with the natural hair needs to enroll in customer service school. She makes a good bowl, but has a nasty attitude. I debated for days if I was going to make a review or not. She needs to go cook the chicken or something. I also blame the management, reading through other comments I see I’m not the only one who thinks customer service here sucks. I now see why they have a 3.1 rating.

  Not much to say that hasn’t already been said here by so many others, but the service at this location is terrible. We ordered food via DoorDash and received only about 50% of our order. The burrito was missing ingredients, we didn’t receive the chips from the chips and queso, and the kids meal was missing the chocolate milk and the side. Truly just abysmal service. Very disappointing

  This has to be the worst chipotle I have ever been to. When you walk in ever single table was covered in stuff, whether it is crumbs or literal trash that’s sitting there. All the trash cans were full; with trash sitting on top and on the floor of the trash cans. I don’t think I have ever waiting almost 15 mins, from when I first order to when the cashier noticed I was ready to pay. The food was still tasty, they did run out of some food, which I won’t hold it against them. But literally every single bin had other food leaking into it, chicken was mixed with beans, corn was in the sour cream…etc. Chipotle is always good, but try driving to a different one.
