The choices of salad bases ( about six types of greens, brown rice, white rice or lentils was a great start. The add-ons enhanced the yummy salmon, making this a fulfilling and tasty meal. The counter staff were friendly and patient and the store manager went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The restaurant is roomy and naturally bright with all of the windows at this site at Settler’s Market. I hope there’s a Cava back home in the Philly area; I way to repeat this experience!

Fantastic hummus options and several dressings to choose from. All delicious. Think Chipotle for Mediterranean but a notch up. We first tried CAVA in midtown Manhattan a few years back. We’ve been hooked ever since.
