  My experience was horrible!!!! And the food was cold that my husband had and they did not bring my food at the same time!!! My husband was more than half finished with his food and I still did not have my food!!!! I don’t recommend this place at all to anyone!!!!! People of other colors came in after us and was served all of their at the same time!!!! The manager never apologized or even came to the table to say anything!!!! The managers need to be FIRED immediately!!

  I am very disappointed with the service in general; I have just left the restaurant, and to start with, what I received was not what I ordered. Furthermore, the manager treats the employees terribly, and some staff members even take advantage of that situation to insult and offend their coworkers—in what is clearly an abuse of authority. We all deserve respect: the employees, because they are there to serve us as best they can, and the customers, because we shouldn't have to witness this kind of abuse and misconduct. People like that shouldn't work with the public—or even as part of a team.

  We went as a family to have a good time, but the experience was the exact opposite. I am very disappointed with the service overall; I have just left the restaurant, and to start with, what I received was not what I had ordered. Furthermore, the manager treats the employees terribly, and some staff members even take advantage of that situation to insult and offend their coworkers behavior that clearly amounts to an abuse of authority. We all deserve respect: the employees, because they are there to serve us as best they can, and the customers, because we shouldn't have to witness this kind of abuse and misconduct. People like that shouldn't be working with the public—or on a team.

  We went in looking to watch the USA soccer game and had the MOST horrible experience. The bartender, sweet girl, had no clue what was going on. Messed up on peoples receipts, didn’t know how to pour a beer and continued to forget that she was getting a beer for us. Pulled a frosted glass out for me but didn’t go to fill it until she had walked to the register 3 times, helped another bartender, and then looking at me with a confused face. Multiple people around us were disgusted with the service as well. Manager was not friendly and another bartender argued with a customer after she charged him for too many beers. We decided not to have dinner there nor watch our USA team due to this bizarre and disappointing experience. Needs Bar Rescue! Will not return!!
