  8 guys came for dinner. Took 15 minutes to seat us and restaurant was not busy. After taking another 10 minutes just to have someone come to table, it then took 25 minutes for drinks to come out and were sent out individually. We ordered food and meals came out 2 at a time and there was 25 minutes between first meal delivered and the last. Last meal out gut took in box because he didn't want us to wait for him. Waiter made jokes about it and it wasn't funny. Someone with a sense of responsibility needs to be in the restaurant. Just a bad experience all around. I eat lunch at BWW in wilmington, NC twice a week and have never seen anything like this. Just a terrible experience all around.

  We frequent BWW across the east coast and I’ve never been to one with service so slow. Five different employees walked past us waiting to be seated and said nothing. Restaurant was relatively empty for a BWW and yet we seemed to be inconveniencing them to get a seat. Our server took our drink order (three fountain drinks and two tap drinks) and took 30 mins to come back with them. His pants were sagging and below his butt making him look horribly put together. He had absolutely no sense of urgency. I had to call him to our table sense he did not check in on us during our meal. The lemon pepper dry rub wings had a dash of seasoning on one side of them, so bland. The food came out fast, so I guess that’s the only good thing.

  This place sucks. I've been to this store as a door dasher and as a customer and everytime I step in this store I regret it. As a dasher my food is always at least 15- 20 minutes late. And store employees walk in and out of the kitchen and ignore my existence. And as a customer I walk in and there was literally 20 people waiting to be seated and the store was only half capacity. I waiting 15 minutes just to be seated and there is staff everywhere.

  We have been here a couple of times. Tonight, however i finished my dinner before my husband got his. After not getting bluecheese I asked for it, the waitress said, "I am little busy but if you need a beer". I went to look for a manager who came to where we were sitting. I asked her to look at the the celery which they brought out celery with ends that were brown and slimy and looked rotten. I am pretty sure i wont be spending money here again. The service and manager response was unacceptable. I just wanted to let you know that the couple who sat up at the bar left due to the bartenders attitude and did not order which is what we should have done. There was also another manager on the floor who spent the entire time socializing with people she knew and did not come talk to us after I complained to the other manager who never came back after I showed her the celery. Disgusting service and food. A 3.4 is overrated. Your organization should be a 1.

  I placed an order on the BWW app at 10:26pm for 10 boneless honey bbq wings and a sampler. The estimated pickup time was 10:50pm. I arrived at 10:55pm, and was immediately ignored for nearly a full hour by every staff member that was working. I finally got the attention of the manager who was playing on his phone, and he went to the back to “ask” about it but never returned or gave me an update. By the time I was done waiting, it was 11:45pm and there were 7 other people standing around me waiting as well. They all waited 30+ minutes. I waited 50. I asked for a refund for my food and was told it wasn’t possible because the manager wasn’t available for the evening and to contact support. I decided to bite my tongue and go home, where I discovered they gave me the wrong wings (super spicy and only 6). They also gave me 5 total fried pickles, 3 of which were attached together. I will attach a photo. I contacted support with an email via the app, notifying them of the horrible customer service, cold food, lack of portions and WRONG order as was not responded to. I then called a day later, and was told they “got my email, but couldn’t process the refund without the franchisee accepting it.” It has been 3 days and I have heard nothing. NEVER. Ever. Go to this location. I will be contacting my bank to get the money back if they do not do the correct thing because I didn’t even receive what I ordered after 1.5 hours and nearly $40 dollars later. And this isn’t even the first time I’ve waited an egregious amount of time or not been greeted. It’s just the worst by far. Judging by the comments over the past year, I’m far from the only one. Shame on the owner for not hiring a hostess and better managers after nearly 79 (SEVENTY NINE!!!. I counted) 1 star reviews in the past year alone… can’t wait until I get the generic “we’ll be sure to let the appropriate team know so that this can be looked into” response that they've sent to 30+ people this year. Save it and process my refund.
