  Our server Shaun at the Monticello Ave location was AMAZING. Not only was he funny, but I loved how he connected with my college-age daughter and dropped some amazing wisdom on her before she headed off to college. He made our time there such an enjoyable experience.

  This was my first time eating at Bonefish Grill. The food was cooked well, steaming hot and delicious. We had the Atlantic Salmon, Parmesan Crusted Trout and Scallops. The waiter and service was excellent. I would definitely eat there again !

  Shrimp and scallop pasta, used mini scallops and shrimp, My wife had Shrimp and scallops which were normal. Dish would have been great with normal shrimp and scallops. Will not order again..

  Five Stars Well Deserved — A Hidden Gem We Found by Chance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When you’re traveling from out of town, finding a great restaurant can be a gamble. We didn’t know the area, so we relied on Google reviews and chose Bonefish Grill on a whim. Sometimes you get lucky… and this time, we hit the jackpot. From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. Our server, Lela, was outstanding. She greeted us with a genuine smile, anticipated our needs, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. You could tell she truly enjoys what she does, and that kind of passion is becoming increasingly rare. Lela is an absolute gem and one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. The food was exceptional—fresh, perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was flavorful, and every dish left us impressed. What really set this experience apart was the manager, who personally visited every table, including ours, simply to thank guests for dining there and make sure everything was perfect. That small act of hospitality spoke volumes. In an age where personal service often feels like an afterthought, this team reminded us what genuine hospitality looks like. Great restaurants serve good food. Exceptional restaurants make you feel appreciated. Bonefish Grill delivered both. If you’re debating where to eat, stop searching. This is the place. They earned our trust, our business, and this enthusiastic five-star review. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in town. I hope Bonefish Grill recognizes Lela and the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. That’s the kind of hospitality that keeps customers coming back.

  One of the most disappointing dining experiences I have had in a while. Perhaps it was due to it being a Sunday evening. The restaurant was less than 1/3 full but there was a 10 minute wait communicated. Unfortunately, they gave our table away to another group that just walked in because they didn’t write our name down. Not a great start. Once seated, it was close to an hour to get our entrees. We had to request lemon for the water and a few other things more than once. My meal was ordered as a medium bistro filet that was very well done(dark brown all through). No one at the table ate the broccoli because it was surprisingly soaked in lemon, which we are told is a new recipe that they are trying. It was also very off with brown spots and we did want to chance it. The first manager that came over and asked how the meal was. We explained the issues. He asked if we wanted to replacement for the broccoli and when we said no, he just said OK and left. A second manager was also roaming. Too bad they didn’t put the extra money in to extra wait staff so that customers don’t have to wait as long when the restaurant is not even half full. The bartender was actually one of the runners and clearing tables on the main floor outside the bar dining area. The second manager actually took the time to ask what’s wrong with our meals and then provide a 10% discount for the time and the food that we couldn’t eat because it was not safe… If that’s a compensation.
